Mr. Yuan Youlin, 58, was arrested by police while speaking to people about Falun Gong in early October 2013. The police ransacked his home, located in Tianshengqiao, Qixingguan District, Bijie. His current whereabouts are unknown.
2. [Ningan, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Limei Arrested
Ms. Wang Limei was arrested by agents from the 610 Office on the morning of November 11, 2013.
3. [Xishui County, Guizhou Province] Ms. Dong Qiufen Detained
Ms. Dong Qiufen was arrested by officers from the Xishui 610 Office on August 13, 2013. She is being held in the Xishui Detention Center.
4. [Tanghe County, Henan Province] Mr. Dang Changhua Arrested
Mr. Dang Changhua, in his 60s, was arrested by officers from the Tanghe Industrial Area Police Station while speaking to people about Falun Gong on the morning of November 11, 2013.
