(Minghui.org) The Mudanjiang City police were recently secretly tracking and following Falun Gong practitioners who were passing out fliers, clarifying the truth, and meeting to share experiences. The practitioners were arrested and their homes ransacked. On November 2, 2012, the police arrested several dozen practitioners on their blacklist, including Han Xiufang, Liu Chunlan, and Sun Fa. The police even used photos to locate the practitioners.
Han Xiufang, Liu Chunlan, Sun Fa, Gong Chengge, and others have been detained ever since. Yang Danbei from the Domestic Security Division of the Mudanjiang Police Department is in charge of bringing charges against the practitioners. The false charges against Liu Chunlan were sent to Sun Qiang in the Tiebei Police Station in Aimin Police Branch. The case was later brought to the Aimin Court. Liu Zhigang from the Huadian Police Branch and the Xianfeng Police Branch ransacked practitioners' homes.
Practitioner Su Wenling, and a female practitioner went to the Qingmei District in Mudanjiang to distribute truth-clarifying calendars on November 14, 2012. A local villager reported them to the police. Captain Wang and police officers Jin Shaogang and Zhu from the Yangming Branch of the Mudanjiang Police Department arrested the three. Gong Chengge's home was ransacked. The police took their computers and printers.
The Aimin Court in Mudanjiang, Heilongjiang Province, tried practitioners Han Xiufang, Gong Chengge, Liu Chunlan, Sun Fa, and others, at the Mudanjiang Detention Station on February 4, 2013, without notifying the practitioners' families. Facing illegal detention and persecution, the practitioners refused to sign the paperwork.
The case was returned to the Second Domestic Security Division. The police attempted to continue building a fraudulent case with more false evidence. Yang Danbei, the Chinese Communist Party secretary of the Second Domestic Security Division, was in charge of the case, which has since been passed to Li Yansong. The practitioners' families are now trying to get the practitioners back from the Domestic Security Division.
Other practitioners currently detained in the Mudanjiang Detention Station include Zhao Lianying, Liu Nan, Zhao Jingchun, Zhao Yujie, Sun Guizhi, and others.
