(Minghui.org) Police officers Cheng Xing and Wang Kun of the Yongnian County Domestic Security Team, Hebei Province are known for their viciousness in persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners. In 2012, Wang Kun boasted while beating practitioners, “I have used all the torture methods published on the Minghui website. Please feel free to sue me.”
Because of the information blockade by the Chinese Communist regime, we have only been able to record a small number of persecution cases that were conducted in Yongnian County. Below, please find some of the torture cases committed by Yongnian County Police against local practitioners.
1. Mr. Gai Xinzhong Dies as a Result of Brutal Forced-feeding
Mr. Gai Xinzhong
On March 2, 2005, Chen Jushan from the Political Security Division of the Yongnian County Police and Captain Yang Qingshe of the First Squadron, along with over fifty police officers including Captain Hu Junan of the Fifth Squadron and Chief Cui Weiguo of the Jiehedian Police Station, arrested Falun Gong practitioners Mr. Gai Xinzhong and his wife without producing a warrant. They then proceeded to confiscate the family's personal belongings.
Mr. Gai Xinzhong was beaten and deprived of sleep for six days.
Mr. Gai protested the torture by going on a hunger strike. The police ordered Doctor Zong Ailan and several officers to hold Mr. Gai down and force-feed him through a gastric tube, causing excruciating pain.
Torture Re-enactment: Savage Forced-Feeding
On March 25, 2005, detention center director Hao Yuming ordered that Zong Ailan force-feed Mr. Gai. They forced the gastric tube into Mr. Gai and punctured his internal organs in the process, causing Mr. Gai to vomit a large amount of blood. Given the internal bleeding, Mr. Gai died of suffocation. In merely 24 days, a healthy and kind person was brutally killed. After his death, the Yongnian County Police covered up the murder and buried Mr. Gai's body without notifying the family or providing a death certificate.
2. Torturing Mr. Cheng Fengxiang
On the night of January 28, 2004, to investigate the television broadcast of Falun Dafa truth-clarification videos in Shahe and Xingtai Cities, police officer Chen Jushan from the Yongnian County Domestic Security Team, several Handan City Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials and some police officers arrested practitioner Mr. Cheng Fengxiang without producing a warrant. The authorities detained Mr. Cheng in the basement of the Yongnian County First Squadron. Captain Yang Qingshe pushed thin bamboo sticks under Mr. Cheng's fingernails during the interrogation in an attempt to obtain information about the broadcast.

First Squadron vice captain Liu Boying beat Mr. Cheng Fengxiang with a wooden club until it broke. Mr. Cheng fainted multiple times and still has visible scars. Police officer Wang Ailin from the Second Squadron used a plastic bag to cover Mr. Cheng's head, handcuffed and hung him up with his hands spread out and feet in the air, then beat Mr. Cheng inhumanly.
Torture Method: Iron Chair
Handan City policeman Xu Zhaoliang beat Mr. Cheng, breaking his 11th rib. He was not given proper medical care. Xu forced Mr. Cheng to sit on an iron chair for eight days, while Xu put a wooden stick on his legs and had two people step on it and roll it back and forth. Mr. Cheng lost consciousness multiple times and his hands became numb and cold. He still has problems using his hands.
At the time, Mr. Cheng had 1,000 yuan in his pocket. The police chief confiscated it in front of witnesses and shouted, “I am police chief Wang Baoshi. I don't need to obey any laws dealing with you practitioners. Be my guest and sue me.”
Mr. Cheng Fengxiang also suffered sleep deprivation for 14 days and nights, had boiling water poured over his head, and was injected with unknown drugs.
3. Policemen Shock Female Practitioners' Breasts and Genitalia with Electric Batons
On the afternoon of May 30, 2008, Cheng Jushan from the Domestic Security Team and police officers from the Dabeiwang Police Station arrested practitioner Ms. Zhang Chunping and detained her in the First Squadron. The police officers tortured her every day at midnight. Officer Zhang Chunping handcuffed her and manacled her feet. Then two male officers stood on her legs and whipped her soles with aluminum sticks. They also shocked her face, armpits, breasts, and genitalia with electric batons. The police threatened to use even worse torture methods if she did not cooperate during the interrogation. Domestic Security Team Captain Chen Jushan watched the entire time.

4. Zhang Xiangling Force-Fed until On the Verge of Death
Prior to the 16th CCP National Conference, practitioner Ms. Zhang Xiangling was arrested by the Qumo Township Police in Yongnian County. She went on a protest hunger strike for over forty days. During the hunger strike, the police force-fed her with saltwater every other day. Ms. Zhang refused to cooperate with the police. Policewoman Shi Yinghua hit her, injuring her body. Detention Center director Hao Yuming threatened to force-feed her every day. Ms. Zhang's feet were swollen. The gastric tube used for force-feeding was covered in blood when it was pulled out. Ms. Zhang was tortured by brutal forced-feeding until she was on the verge of death.
5. Ms. Jin Guihua Tortured
On the evening of February 3, 2004, Yongnian County police arrested practitioner Ms. Jin Guihua. During the interrogation, the captain of the Handan City Police kicked Ms. Jin's stomach very hard. Then he handcuffed Ms. Jin to an iron bed frame and kept kicking her legs, while shouting, “I will kick you to death. Then I will dig a hole and bury you.”
At noon the next day, the authorities covered Ms. Jin's head with three layers of black plastic bags and pressed her to the floor, causing breathing problems. Then the policemen held her down and hit the soles of her feet with a hammer. Later, they hit her soles with a wood plank covered with nails.
Ms. Jin fainted several times but was revived with cold water. Then they handcuffed her again to the iron frame of a bed.
Summary
Countless evil deeds were and are being committed by the Yongnian County officials in this ongoing persecution of kind and innocent Falun Gong practitioners. For example, Liu Chaobin, the political instructor of the Yongnian County Police and Wang Shiqian, illegally sentenced 21 practitioners to forced labor and detained 113 practitioners without a court sentence. Chen Jushan, the Domestic Security Team captain, frequently took policemen to ransack practitioners' homes without a warrant. Once, he ordered guards to beat a 19-year-old female practitioner at the detention center.
How many torture methods are used in the CCP's persecution of practitioners? The Minghui website has exposed over a hundred of them. What is described in this report is merely the tip of the iceberg.
Those who torture practitioners, be warned! No matter how long it takes or where you might try to hide, all evil deeds will be exposed eventually. All those committing atrocities against practitioners will be brought to justice.
