(Minghui.org) May 13, 2013 is the 21 st anniversary of Falun Dafa’s introduction to the public and also the 14 th World Falun Dafa Day. It is also the 62 nd birthday of the founder of Falun Dafa, Master Li Hongzhi.
Many residents in Changchun, Jilin Province, which is Master’s birthplace, sent in congratulations and expressed their deepest respects to Master. The well-wishers include people from all walks of life, both young and old. Most of them do not practice Falun Gong, but have seen or experienced the wonders of the practice and asked practitioners to help them extend their greetings for this special occasion.
A Gentleman in His 60s
A man in his 60s often proudly tells his friends and family that he once had the good luck to see Master at a gathering in Gongzhuling in his youth. He said emotionally, “Mr. Li Hongzhi is a very good person. All the people I know think the same way. Mr. Li is kind, righteous and respectable.”
This gentleman asked a Dafa disciple to help him send in his greetings to Master and his best wishes for a happy birthday. His wife hoped to see Falun Dafa spread to every corner of the world and illuminate the human world forever.
A Family of Three
A family of three sincerely wishes Falun Gong's founder a happy birthday and congratulates Falun Dafa on the 21st anniversary of its wide dissemination in the world.
The family knows that Falun Dafa and Master Li are great from the bottom of their hearts. They learned about Falun Gong prior to the persecution that began in 1999 and have always supported this wonderful practice. They believe it is their support for Falun Gong that has brought tremendous good fortune to them. Today the husband is a company executive, the wife is a scholar who graduated from Peking University and their daughter will soon study abroad and will be able to practice Falun Dafa in a country free of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) control.

A man in his 70s wishes Master a happy birthday and hopes to see Falun Dafa spread to even more places in the world. He believes what Master is doing will achieve great success.
He said, “Dafa disciples asked me to recite ‘Falun Dafa is good and Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance is good.’ I believe this is a message from gods and Buddhas to humankind by way of Dafa disciples. I recite the verse numerous times every day. Now the bird flu is spreading, but I feel very calm because I know Falun Gong will protect me.”
A Mid-level Law-enforcement Manager
A mid-level manager working in law enforcement who recently started Dafa cultivation wrote, “Master: As your disciple, I am far from being good enough when it comes to studying the Fa and practicing the exercises. Sometimes I am still perplexed by the happenings in the secular world and feel befuddled. Regardless, I never forget about cultivation. I ask Master to please remind me when I’m not doing well and I promise to work hard to follow the Fa requirements. I sincerely wish Master a happy birthday and I join everyone in celebrating World Falun Dafa Day.”

A businesswoman asked a Dafa disciple to write down her greetings to Master: “On World Falun Dafa Day, I wanted to express my deepest gratitude to Master and Dafa. Master’s immense grace saved the universe and mankind. It is because of the existence of you and your disciples on this planet that human beings were able to avert the total destruction in 2012.
“Changchun is Master’s hometown. It is a treasured place and its name means longevity. I feel happy and proud to be born in Master’s birthplace.
“I know a person who was once sentenced to death by his doctors but gained a new lease on life after changing his perspective on Falun Gong. He recites ‘Falun Dafa is good and Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance is good’ every day and now is on his way to full recovery. It is Falun Dafa that saved him.
“One does not do evil just because it is a trivial thing, nor does he avoid doing good just because it is a trivial thing. I found that every gesture, every word and every eye contact of Falun Gong disciples shows their kindness and their demeanor can really save people. I hope they do even better in the future so as to set good examples for the world's people.
“May 13th is a precious opportunity to show my gratitude to Master, but it seems no human language can do justice. I wish Master a happy birthday.

A lady who enjoys watching Shen Yun shows is learning classical Chinese dance. She said Shen Yun dance shows are awe-inspiring and out of this world. Recently she installed a receiver to watch New Tang Dynasty TV. She commented that NTD programs bring in new perspectives on everything without concealing any truth. For the first time she felt like she truly lives in a world free of lies.
