(Minghui.org) Ms. Huang Haiying, who in her 60s, is a Falun Gong practitioner from Wuhan City who recently went missing. Her family searched for her and finally concluded that she had been arrested and taken to the First Detention Center in Wuhan City.
They learned that she was to be released on May 8, 2013. On May 8, Ms. Huang's son, Pan Deng, went to the detention center and picked her up. He was subsequently arrested.
Ms. Huang's family received the arrest notification on May 26, which claimed that Mr. Pan Deng was a “political prisoner” because he had said, “Falun Dafa is good.” It also claimed that he was guilty of “disturbing public order.”
Ms. Huang has now become homeless and destitute, because she is worried that she will be arrested again.
Ms. Huang was reported to the police on April 28, 2013, for handing out informational materials about Falun Gong on Ronghua Street in the Qiaokou District. She was arrested and taken to the First Detention Center in Wuhan City.
When her family noticed that she had not returned home, they reported her absence to the Hanzhongjie Police Station in the Qiaokou District. They later learned that she was being held in the First Detention Center in Wuhan City and would be released on May 8. Her family received no official notice of her arrest.
Mr. Pan went to the First Detention Center in Wuhan City on the morning of May 8 to wait for his mother. At around 8:20, a car drove out of the detention center. He saw his mother inside the car, so he went over and stopped the car. The people inside asked, “Who are you? What do you want?” He said, “I am her son and I am here to pick her up.” He asked the people inside the car, “Who are you? Please show me your IDs.” They refused to comply.
There were three men and two women. Mr. Pan saw that they were not his relatives. He opened the door and pulled his mother out.
On May 10, the Qiaokou District 610 Office conspired with the police from the Hanyang District, and from Yuehu Police Station. Yuehu Police Station sent officers to hide near Mr. Huang's home at night to monitor it. That night when Mr. Pan came downstairs, the officers from Yuehu Police Station arrested him. He was detained in the Hanyang District Police Station.
It has also been verified that practitioner Ms. Zhu Huimin, who was a retired teacher from the First Business School in Wuhan City, was arrested in April 2012 and secretly sentenced to prison. She has been in Baofenglu Woman's Prison in Wuhan City and has been tortured.
On the morning of May 22, practitioner Ms. Liu Lingli from Wuhan City disappeared after she went out. Her family asked the Guangrongfang Residential Community on Xima Street in Wuhan City about her repeatedly. Finally, residential community officials acknowledged that Ms. Liu had been arrested and was being detained in the Dijiao Brainwashing Center. To this day, her family has not been able to see her.
