Today I would like to share a remarkable story that happened as we were making truth clarification display panels.
Because my Mandarin wasn't good, it was not easy for me when I first began to clarify the facts about the persecution to tourists from mainland China. With Master's hints and help, I made a display board that could be held by hand, and I used it to clarify the facts about Dafa to the tourists.
At first it was just for my own use. Later a fellow practitioner took it and started using it, and so I made another one. Then another fellow practitioner took it. Just like this, I made them one by one and they were taken away one by one. Fellow practitioners said that these hand-held display boards were very useful and increased our efficiency quite a lot. Of course, I was very happy to give them away as they were needed by fellow practitioners for saving sentient beings.
Whenever a display board was taken by a fellow practitioner and I made another one for myself, I always thought of the story of how Buddha Milarepa dug holes for his living place. Whenever he finished one, someone would ask for it. He made many and gave them all away, and every time he was happy to give them to those who needed them. I felt that Master used this story as a hint to encourage me.
Later, nearly all fellow practitioners began using this kind of hand-held display board when they clarified the facts in Hong Kong, whether they spoke Mandarin or not. The need for them also began to grow and I made dozens and dozens. Just like that, I have been making them nonstop since 2009.
During the Taiwan and Asia Pacific Fa Sharing Conference in November 2011, I brought almost a hundred sets of display boards and pictures to fellow practitioners from other parts of the globe, and all of them were taken very quickly. Thus before the New York Sharing Conference in May 2012, I again prepared various sizes of display boards. We made most of them in a medium size because it is convenient to carry and it has both pictures and words for face-to-face truth-clarification.
I thought that we still might not have enough, so I asked a coordinator to print more pictures. One such picture was the pink-colored “The Precious Chinese People”, and we were printing 50 of them. As the printer printed about half of the total number, all of a sudden, it printed a picture of a different color all by itself. The coordinator held the picture and was shocked. He said, “It printed one in this color all by itself.” I took a look and said, “That is so beautiful!” There were a number of fellow practitioners there, and they all witnessed it. I asked the coordinator to print another 50 of the picture in pink, and this time it didn't print another one in a different color. There was just that one.
In the computer there was no picture file in that color. So I suddenly realized that it was something that Master gave to us in order for us to assist Master in Fa rectification and save sentient beings, together with our fellow practitioners around the world. Master was encouraging us. Therefore, we saved that picture as a model file.
