(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Yu Shulin from Dongbajia Village, Yuanbaoshan Town, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, completed his term in a forced labor camp on May 11, 2013. Agents from the 610 Office arrested him the same day.
Mr. Yu was arrested two years ago on May 12. At the time, he and his wife Ms. Ren Suxiang, Chifeng City Yuanbaoshan District Ethnic Middle School teacher Ms. Yang Guizhi, and Ms. Yang Guihua were trying to rescue other Falun Gong practitioners who were illegally detained by the authorities. Ongniud Banner Domestic Security Division police Liu Caijun and others made the arrests. Mr. Yu was sentenced to two years of forced labor.
On May 12, 2013, Mr. Yu's term was up. However, because he refused to give up practicing Falun Dafa, Yuabaoshan Town 610 Office agents Yan Guo and Wang Jiuyan, and officers from the local police station took him straight from Hohhot City Forced Labor Camp to Yanbaoshan Town. They continued to detain him to try to force him to give up his belief.
Previous Arrest
Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Ren Suying is from Jianchangying Village in the Yuanbaoshan District. Around 2 a.m. on April 18 2011, she was arrested on Wudan Street in Ongniud Banner (Wengniuteqi) in Chifeng and taken to the Wudan Detention Center.
Even though they faced potential persecution, Ms. Yang Guizhi and her sister, Ms. Yang Guihua, along with Mr. Yu Shulin and his wife, made the long trip to the detention center and the Public Security Bureau and other departments in Ongniud Banner (Wengniuteqi) to try to secure Ms. Ren Suying's release. They clarified the truth to the officials and explained that good will be rewarded and evil punished. They told them to stop doing such evil things. However, Liu Caijun with the Ongniud Banner (Wengniuteqi) Public Security Bureau arrested them.
The Crimes of Domestic Security Division Police Liu Caijun
Liu Caijun, head of the Domestic Security Division of the Public Security Bureau in Ongniud Banner, has been actively involved in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners for several years.
After she was arrested, Ms. Ren was brutally beaten, shocked with electric batons, force-fed, and handcuffed to an iron chair for seven days. She lost consciousness. She had her fingernails stabbed with bamboo sticks by Liu Caijun and others. Liu punched her in the head, kicked her, and hit her with a water bottle. She had black bruises all over her.
Liu's crime was quickly made public. However, he did not repent but instead looked for opportunities for revenge and arrested practitioners Ms. Yang Guizhi, Ms. Yang Guihua, Mr. Yu Shulin, and Ms. Ren Suxiang.
Liu drove from Ongniud Banner to the Yuanbaoshan District and, with officials from the Yuanbaoshan District 610 Office, police station, and Domestic Security Division, broke into Ms. Yang Guizhi's home and ransacked it. They took computers, printers, a laminator, a CD/DVD burner, blank discs, and and an unknown amount of cash. They even arrested Ms. Yang's daughter and threatened her for several hours before letting her go.
Four Practitioners Sentenced and Forced to Labor
Ms. Yang Guizhi was the dean of a middle school. Because she refused to give up practicing Falun Dafa, she was removed from her position as dean and given the position of gate security guard. Later she was fired for no reason. After Ms. Yang was arrested, she was put on trial on September 22, 2011, in Yuanbaoshan District Court and sentenced to three and a half years in prison.
Ms. Ren Suying was sentenced to five years in prison. Ms. Ren Suxiang was sentenced to one year of forced labor. Ms. Yang Guihua and Mr. Yu Shulin were both sentenced to forced labor for two years.
The four practitioners were each badly persecuted and their families have all suffered greatly. Although Mr. Yu Shulin completed his term, the communist party continues to detain him because he refused to give up his belief. They are trying to increase the pressure so that he will “transform.”
