(Minghui.org) Between July 10 and 11, local police officers arrested Falun Gong practitioners Mr. Zhang Haitao, Ms. Li Haiyan, Mr. Gu Aimin, Ms. Zhao Chunyan, Mr. Zhang Zuojun, and Mr. Yang Yiyun from Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province. Except for Mr. Gu, who returned home on the 20th, the whereabouts of the other five is still unknown. None of their families have received any detention notifications from any government department, either oral or written.
Those who participated in making the arrests are from the 610 Office of Jixi City, the Political and Legal Affairs Committee of Heilongjiang Province, and local police and officials acting on orders from the Domestic Security Department in Jixi City.
At around 9:30 p.m. on July 10, 2013, Mr. Zhang Haitao from Jixi City was arrested.
At around 8 p.m. on July 11, when Ms. Li Haiyan from Jixi City was on her way to take her younger daughter to daycare, Domestic Security Department officers arrested her. That evening when the daycare tried to notify her to come to pick up her child, they learned that she had been arrested. Police officers from Jidong City Domestic Security Division arrested Mr. Gu from Donghai Township in Jidong County at his home the same day. They also confiscated his two cell phones.
On the morning of the 11th, local police arrested Ms. Zhao Chunyan from the Hengshan District in Jixi City. They confiscated her computer, printer, and other personal belongings.
Between July 11 and 12, Mr. Zhang Zuojun, a former doctor of ophthalmology from Jixi City Hospital, who had been previously sentenced to seven years in prison, was arrested again. Mr. Yang Yiyun, who was in a shopping mall in Jixi City, was arrested for buying a printer for a customer online.
At around 8 a.m. on the 11th, several officers from Tiexi Police Station in Jiguan District went to search a senior practitioner's home. They confiscated his Dafa books and many other items, arrested the practitioner, and took him to the police station for interrogation. He was released the same day.
For following the Jiang regime's policy to persecute Falun Gong, Zhao Taishan, team leader of the Domestic Security Division of Jixi City Police Department; Wang Huixue; Shang Weimin; Li Jijun; and others from the 610 Office of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee in Jixi City have been under investigation by the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong.
Officials directly responsible for persecuting these practitioners
Zhao Taishan is the team leader of the Domestic Security Division of Jixi City Police Department.
He was always the person behind the scenes planning and directing large-scale arrests of practitioners in his local area. On May 18, 2012, he went to Beijing to claim his "awards." About 12 days later, he participated in plotting and directing two more mass arrests and confiscating practitioners' personal assets.

Wang Huixue is the head of the 610 Office of Jixi City Political and Legal Affairs Committee and is the primary culprit in carrying out the persecution in Jixi City.
Wang has been actively following the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to persecute practitioners. He has arrested practitioners and taken them to brainwashing centers, where they are deceived, tortured, beaten, cursed, and terrified in efforts to convince them to give up their belief in Truth-Compassion-Forbearance.
Under his direction and with his participation, more than 20 practitioners have been arrested and held in brainwashing centers since 2011. Even worse he continues to persecute illegally sentenced practitioners after they are released. When Mr. Jiang Yabin's term was up, as he walked out of Mudanjiang Prison, Wang Huixue and others who were lying in wait picked him up and took him straight to the Jixi Brainwashing Center. As Mr. Wu Baoku was walking out of Jiamusi Prison, having served his term of seven years, Wang Huixue and others seized him and took him to Yichun Brainwashing Center.

Li Lijun, 42, is in charge of the Agreements Guidance Division in the Jixi City 610 Office.
Since July 1999, Li has been closely following the CCP to persecute Falun Gong. He is especially cruel and depraved. After the brainwashing center was set up, Li was very active in arresting practitioners and holding them in the brainwashing centers.
