(Minghui.org) Ms. Sheng Shuli was arrested by officers from the Judian Police Station on May 24, 2013, when she was clarifying the truth about the persecution. She was detained in the Pingdu Detention Center in Qingdao City. Police officers there falsified charges in order to have an excuse to persecute her.
Practitioners Ms. Sheng Shuli and Ms. Qu Yuanzhi from Zugou Town went to Judian Town in Pingdu on the afternoon of May 24, to tell people the facts about Falun Gong. When their activities were reported to the police, four officers came and arrested them in Dongpuho Village. The next day, Ms. Sheng Shuli was transferred to the Jimopudong Detention Center. She was officially arrested on June 6, 2013.
Ms. Sheng Shuli had no Falun Gong materials with her when she was arrested. Officers from the Judian Police Station felt that there was insufficient evidence to have her sentenced. Therefore, they falsified some "evidence" in order to victimize her. The police report stated that officers searched her home and discovered lots of informational materials there. But the truth is that several officers went to her home on the morning of May 25, attempting to conduct a search, but her husband refused to let them in. Thus, the officers walked away empty handed.
Ms. Sheng Shuli, 45, has been practicing Falun Dafa since 2004. Before that she frequently suffered from severe migraines. After she began cultivating, she realized what it meant to be “free of disease,” and how wonderful life can be. Because she persisted in her belief, she was repeatedly persecuted by the Pingdu police. She has a daughter in elementary school and a disabled son who cannot talk or walk well, who needs assistance.
After Ms. Sheng was arrested, her family was worried and has tried to rescue her. Her disabled son went to the police station to ask that his mother be released, but an officer did not even let him in. Yet, while this officer was not paying attention, her son was able to get in, only to be dragged out. Her child was very anxious and started crying, but the wicked police laughed at him and showed no humanity at all.
