(Minghui.org) The “Real Name System for Phone Cards” was launched in China on September 1 this year, becoming a serious obstacle for truth clarification with cellphones.
As Falun Dafa practitioners, we shouldn't recognize any obstacle to the goal of saving more sentient beings, and must eliminate all evil factors involved. However, everything in the world has something existing behind it. Facing interference, we need to look inward for our own faults, before our righteous thoughts can become more powerful.
Master said,
“Do you know what excuse the old forces used when they had the evil burn the books way back when? Why did they burn the books? At that time there were so many copies of Zhuan Falun in Mainland China that they were just everywhere. But a lot of students didn't realize that they should respect the book, and everyday people treated it with even less respect. The Gods couldn't stand it, because that's the Law of Heaven, the one that created the cosmos! So the old forces wanted to create a severe shortage of books, and they made people look for the Fa, respect it, and realize how precious this Fa is from then on.” (“Fa-Lecture During the 2003 Lantern Festival at the U.S. West Fa Conference”)
This made me reflect on whether or not we had any loopholes, which the evil took advantage of to implement the Real Name System for Phone Cards.
The following describes the conclusions we've determined. Please feel free to correct us and provide more insight.
Are We Over-reliant on This Project?
I know that many practitioners in our county are doing truth-clarification with cellphones, which is a good practice. However, I heard from a coordinator that over one thousand copies of printed truth-clarification materials used to be distributed weekly. As more and more practitioners started using cellphones to spread the facts about Falun Gong, the need for print materials decreased. Eventually, only a few dozen copies were printed; I was shocked by this drastic decline.
If we become dependent on any particular method of truth-clarification, we may have unknowingly hidden some of our attachments. For example, using cellphones involves less risk than clarifying the truth face-to-face and distributing print materials. The old forces could have used our attachment as an excuse to create more obstacles.
Did We Make the Best Use of Our Resources?
The total cost of cellphone cards is huge, given the large number of practitioners on this project. Some practitioners risk their lives just looking for a good place to purchase affordable cellphone cards in large quantities. When stacks of phone cards were acquired, did we treasure this resource and make the best use of it? Did we throw away the cards before they were completely used?
Some practitioners sent MMS messages without verifying their delivery. When MMS messages aren't sent correctly, they aren't received. Thousands of these messages are sent in any given moment, and the cost is deducted from the phone cards; isn't this a big waste of resources?
Similar things happened for other truth-clarification methods. For example, we discovered that a large number of truth-clarification letters sent by local practitioners had been seized by the post office. This is such a pity! We can make very high-quality truth clarification materials, yet they can't be effective unless they're received and read.
Fellow practitioners, let's improve and send righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil factors interfering with our truth-clarification projects. When the whole body of Dafa practitioners is attentive to these issues, we can disintegrate the evil's sabotage with our righteous thoughts. As a matter of fact, Master will be able to help us when our heart-nature reaches the appropriate level.
