1. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Yu Weichun Missing for 14 Years

Ms. Yu Weichun, in her 60s, was a former employee of the Fushun Miners Lamp Manu Factory. She has been missing since she went to Beijing to appeal for the right to practice Falun Gong in 1999.

2. [Chongqing] Mr. Liao Wentao Still Imprisoned After Term Expired

Mr. Liao Wentao was sentenced to a five-year prison term and was scheduled to be released on January 15, 2014. However, he is still imprisoned.

3. [Beijing] Ms. Sun Deli Arrested

Ms. Sun Deli was arrested at home by officers from the Shunyi District Domestic Security Division and the Lisui Police Station on January 8, 2014, when she was talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. The police also ransacked her home, and confiscated a computer and other personal items.

4. [Dandong City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Fan Yuqin and Mr. Sun Zhongren Detained

Officer Wang Ning from the Xianweichang Police Station forcibly took Ms. Fan Yuqin to the police station, made her sign a document, and to get a physical examination at the hospital. The police will then decide if they will send her to a detention center, depending on the result of her physical examination.

Mr. Sun Zhongren's case has not yet been transferred to the Procuratorate.

5. [Fuyu County, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Pang Yueqing Arrested

Mr. Pang Yueqing was arrested by officers from the Erdaowan Town Police Station on January 16, 2014.

6. [Beijing] Ms. Cao Yuwen and Mr. An Dewen Arrested

Mr. An Dewen and Ms. Cao Yuwen were arrested at home by officers from the Mentougou Police Station on the evening of January 13 and 16, 2014, respectively.

7. [Chongqing] Ms. Fan Chengying Detained

Ms. Fan Chengying is currently being held at the Jiangjin Detention Center.

8. [Linghai City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Ding Yuqiu's Home Ransacked

The police ransacked Ms. Ding Yuqiu's home on the morning of January 17, 2014.

9. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Mr. Huang Futang and Ms. Zhang Qiupeng Under House Arrest

Mr. Huang Futang and Ms. Zhang Qiupeng have been under house arrest since January 17, 2014.

10. [Qingyun County, Shandong Province] Several Practitioners' Homes Ransacked

Officers from the Qingyun County Police Department ransacked Ms. Sheng Guiying's home on the evening of January 15, 2014, and confiscated many Falun Gong books, cash, and other personal items.

The police also ransacked other practitioners' homes on January 17, 2014.

Mr. Ma Zhongyi was arrested on January 16, 2014. He was released after he paid a fine of 20,000 yuan.

11. [Beijing] Ms. Fu Xiuqin Detained

Ms. Fu Xiuqin was distributing truth-clarification materials on the afternoon of December 28, 2013, when she was arrested by officers from the Dayu Police Station. She was held at the Fangshan Detention Center for 15 days before being transferred to the Mentougou Detention Center. She hasn't been released yet.

12. [Laizhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Zhilan Arrested

Ms. Liu Zhilan was arrested by three officers from the Yidao Police Station because she talked to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. When her husband and son requested the police to release her, they were told that she was going to be transferred to the Laizhou City Detention Center.

13. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Tong Haibo Tortured

Officers from the Hunhewan Police Station arrested Mr. Tong Haibo on the afternoon of November 14, 2013, because he tried to rescue Ms. Zhu Lanying.

At the police station, a dozen officers, including director Xu Baowei brutally beat Mr. Tong, and hung him up with his hands cuffed behind his back.

Two officers from the city's Domestic Security Division arrived at the police station in the evening, hit Mr. Tong and threatened that he will be tortured to death if he didn't follow their order.

14. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Bo Detained

Officers from the Huanggu District Police Department arrested Ms. Wang Bo on December 21, 2013, and ransacked her home. She is being held at the Huanggu Detention Center, and her family hasn't been allowed to visit her.

15. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Trial Held Against Mr. Chen Fu

Officers from the Dongling District Police Department and the Shenjingzi Police Station arrested Mr. Chen Fu at home on the evening of July 19, 2013. The Dongling District Court held a trial against Mr. Chen on January 21, 2014.
