According to this report, at least 70 practitioners were illegally arrested, the whereabouts of 4 practitioner are unknown, and 9 were arrested for filing a criminal complaint against Jiang Zemin.

Mr. Xue Zengnian, Mr. Xu Jinrong, and Ms. Feng Cuixia, were arrested by officers from Zhucheng City on September 15, 2015.

2. [Jidong County, Heilongjiang Province] Two Practitioners Arrested and One Detained

Ms. Yao Guizhi and Ms. Zhao Shuqin were arrested by officers from the Dongfeng Police Station on September 14, 2015, for posting stickers about the persecution of Falun Gong. Ms. Yao was released that evening and Ms. Zhao is still detained.

3. [Tonghua City, Jilin Province] Ms. Kang Qinghua and Mr. Bao Yuting Detained for Filing a Criminal Complaint Against Jiang Zemin

Ms. Kang Qinghua, 56, and Mr. Bao Yuting, 54, were arrested by officers from the Qinghe Police Department on September 10, 2015, for filing a criminal complaint against Jiang Zemin, the former head of the Chinese Communist regime. They are detained in the Jian City Detention Center.

4. [Liaocheng City, Shandong Province] Mr. Sun Zhaoxian and Mr. Zhao Gecun Detained for Filing a Criminal Complaint Against Jiang Zemin

Mr. Sun Zhaoxian and Mr. Zhao Gecun were arrested on September 15, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin. They are detained in the Xihu Detention Center, Yanggu County.

5. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Six Practitioners Detained

Six practitioners were arrested by local police officers on September 10, 2015: Ms. Li Yan, Ms. Liu Suli, Ms. Yan Runxiu, Ms. Zhao Huiyun, Ms. Ren Suyun, and Mr. Peng. They are detained in the Geliaogou Detention Center.

Mr. Zhang Wenxue was recently arrested by officers from the Tonghe Police Station, Baiyun District. His whereabouts are unknown.

7. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zuo Dongmei Arrested

Ms. Zuo Dongmei, 38, was arrested by officers from the Kuiying Police Station, Zhongshan District, in early September 2015.

8. [Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Liu Xiaolin in Critical Physical Condition

Ms. Liu Xiaolin, from Huangshi City, Hubei Province, was recently arrested at her son's home by officers from Shenzhen City. She began to vomit blood. Her son asked that she be released on medical parole, but the police denied the request.

9. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zhao Xiujie Arrested

Ms. Zhao Xiujie was arrested by officers from the Shuangjing Police Station, Hulan District, on September 15, 2015.

10. [Zhucheng City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Zhao Delan, Ms. Song Chengmei, and Ms. Sun were arrested on September 15, 2015.

11. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Chen Heliang and Ms. Chen Xiuling Arrested for Filing a Criminal Complaint Against Jiang Zemin

Mr. Chen Heliang and Ms. Chen Xiuling were arrested by officers from the Huanghau Town Police Department on September 15, 2015, for suing the Chinese dictator Jiang Zemin.

Mr. Gao Shiquan, his wife and daughter-in-law Ms. Fu Lianhua were arrested by officers from the Sunji Police Station, Shouguang City on September 15, 2015. Ms. Fu was taken to the Weifang City Detention Center.

13. [Shouguang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Yueying Arrested

Ms. Li Yueying was arrested by officers from the Cheng District Police Station, Shouguang City on August 12, 2015, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. The police confiscated informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. Ms. Li was released that evening.

14. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Sun Shuting was arrested on September 15, 2015.

Mr. Wang Mingyou and Mr. Chu Zhenxin were also arrested. The police ransacked Mr. Chu's home and confiscated a television, a computer, a printer, and other materials.

Mr. Wang Xiyun, Mr. Guo Renqin, Mr. Yang Bin, Mr. Tian Yuqing, and Mr. Wu Yuping were arrested and taken to the Jiancaoping Police Station on September 15, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin.

17. [Zhumadian City, Henan Province] Six Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Tang Aizhi was arrested by officers from the Zhumadian City 610 Office and Renhe Town Police Station, Xiping County, on September 10, 2015.

Five practitioners were arrested by officers from the the Zhumadian City 610 Office and Songji Town Police Station, Xiping County on September 11, 2015. They are Ms. Cao Ximei, Mr. Song Jiali, Mr. Song Fushan, Ms. Cao Laoshi, and Ms. Yuan Xizhi. They are detained in the Xiping Detention Center.

Ms. Sun Aiqun was arrested by officers from the Chanyequ Police Station, Fushan District, on September 15, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin. She is detained in the Dongting Detention Center, Fushan District.

Ms. Duan Qingye and her non-practitioner husband were arrested by officers from the Dayu Police Station on August 24, 2015, for mailing a criminal complaint against Jiang Zemin. The police ransacked their home. Ms. Duan's husband was released that day and Ms. Duan's whereabouts is unknown.

25. [Tianjin] Ms. An Chunyun Detained

Ms. An Chunyun was arrested by officers from the Gulinjie Police Station in Dagang District on September 15, 2015. She is detained in the Binhai No. 3 Detention Center.

26. [Miluo City, Hunan Province] Six Practitioners Arrested

Six practitioners were arrested on September 16, 2015. They are Ms. Dai Qingping, Ms. Gao Lamei, Mr. Xu Guoxun, Ms. Liao Chan, Mr. Guo Xuequn, and Ms. Liu Chaomei.

Five practitioners were arrested by officers from the Qianguo County Police Department and Hongquan Town Police Station on September 15, 2015. They are Mr. Xin Shinchen and his wife, Mr. Bi Zhongju, Ms. Cui Youhua, and Ms. Yin Guangmin. They are detained in the Guaibodian Detention Center.
