(Minghui.org) A farmer named Li Guilin is quite famous in her village in Anren County, Hunan Province. Her rice field has had great yields every year for the last eight years and she does not use pesticides. Her crops are truly organic.

The level of toxins in produce is very high nowadays, but many farmers feel like they have no choice but to use pesticides to have good harvests. Ms. Li, however, is an exception.
Her neighbor exclaimed, “I have been farming all my life and have never seen anything like this. My rice field is right next to hers. We had so many bugs that we went through four rounds of pesticides. She used nothing. Insects never crawled over to her field. It's amazing. She practices Falun Gong and never uses pesticides, yet her rice field is so healthy. It will be another good yield for her.”
As the practice of Falun Gong prohibits killing of any kind, Ms. Li chose not to use pesticides. To her and her fellow villagers' amazement, she has been rewarded with a good harvest each year.
