Additional Persecution News from China – November 29, 2015 (Part III, 27 Reports)

(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 23 cities or counties in 8 provinces. According to this report, 36 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 50 practitioners were illegally arrested.

1. [Suixi County, Guangdong Province] Mr. Chen Xin Displaced

Mr. Chen Cin, in his 40s, was harassed recently. He is now displaced.

2. [Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province] Mr. Wu Zhengrong and Wife Ms. Lu Fang Detained

Mr. Wu Zhengrong was arrested and placed under administrative detention for 15 days by officers from the local Development Zone Police Station on November 12, 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin. He returned home on November 27. His wife Ms. Lu Fang was arrested and placed under administrative detention for 10 days by the officers on November 27, 2015.

3. [Nong'an County, Jilin Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Officers from the Nong'an County Domestic Security Division and the Wanjinta Police Station including officer Chen Xiaoping led by Zhang, chief of the Nong'an County Police Department, arrested Mr. Ju Zhanbo at school on the morning of November 24, 2015. Mr. Ju is a middle school teacher. He lives at Wanjiatun in Wanjinta Township. He was taken to the County Wugongli Detention Center.

Mr. Ren Shoubo, his wife Chunge, and Ms. Qi Xiuyan from Xiaochengzi Village in Wanjinta Township were arrested at home on November 24, 2015. The three practitioners were taken to the County Wugongli Detention Center.

4. [Beijing] Ms. Li Xitian Arrested

Ms. Li Xitian, 75, from the Xibahe Middle Street Community, was arrested at the Summer Palace by officers from the Law Enforcement Office of the Haidian District Police Department on the morning of November 27, 2015. His home was ransacked. He has not returned.

5. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Li Yuehuan Sentenced to Prison

The Panyu District Court sentenced Mr. Li Yuehuan to three years in prison on the afternoon of November 28, 2015. The whole process took only a few minutes before Mr. Li was taken away from the court.

6. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Jiang Shufen Arrested

Ms. Jiang Shufen was arrested by two police officers from the Huayuan Road Police Station on the morning of September 26, 2015. The officers ransacked her home and confiscated her Falun Dafa book and printed materials.

7. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Liu Zhiqiang Detained

Mr. Liu Zhiqiang was arrested at work on the morning of November 18, 2015. He is detained in the No. 2 Detention Center.

8. [Dunhua City, Jilin Province] Ms. Ma Wenhua Arresed

Ms. Ma Wenhua was arrested on November 26, 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin.

9. [Nehe City, Heilongjiang Province] Seven Practitioners Detained

Ms. Li Lanqin, Ms. Liu Ying, Ms. Xu Yuanli, and four other practitioners were arrested and taken to the Nehe City Domestic Security Division by Domestic Security officers on October 25, 2015. The seven practitioners were taken to the Qiqihar Detention Center.

10. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Li Yancai and Mr. Liang Zhiqun Remains in Custody

Mr. Li Yancai of the Shenbei New Area was arrested for suing Jiang Zemin. He was held in the Shenbei New Area Detention Center. Mr. Liang Zhiqun remains in detention.

11. [Tianjin] Practitioners Detained for Suing Jiang Zemin

Between June 25, 2015 and November 27, 2015, numerous practitioners in Ninghe County were detained for suing Jiang Zemin.

Five practitioners were placed in criminal detention for one month. They have returned home.Mr. Zhai Shiqi from Xiaoyangfu Village in Dongjituo Town.Ms. Ren Xiuyun from Biaokou Village in Biaokou Township.Ms. Huang Fenglian from Xiaocong Village in Dongjituo Town.Mr. Gao Jingyi from Zhangbiao Village in Dongjituo Town.Ms. Tang Hongxiu from Dabeijiangu Town.

Five practitioners were placed in criminal detention for one month and fined 5,000 yuan. They have returned home.Ms. Hu Guijin from Renqianhu Village in Lianzhuang Township.Ms. Li Chunxia and Ms. Zhao Xiuyuan from the No. 128 Building in Lutai Town.Mr. Feng Shaohua from the Yinhehuayuan Community in Lutai Town.Ms. Tian Li from Mengzhuang Village in Lianzhuang Township.

Thee practitioners were detained for 15 days. They have returned home.Ms. Dong Chaofeng from Sanjiaodi Community in Lutai Town.Mr. Yang Zhiqiang from Xinsheng Street Community in Lutai Town.Mr. Zhang Wenyou from Huacui Residential Community in Lutai Town.

Four practitioners were detained for 10 days. They have returned home.Ms. Wang Qinglan and Ms. Liu Yue of Xinsheng Street Community in Lutai Town.Mr. Zhang Yongli of Yansi Village in Ninghe Town.Ms. Chang Shuyan of Lihuamao Village in Lianzhuang Township.

Two practitioners were detained for seven days. They have returned home.Ms. Sun Huanli from Fengtai Town.Ms. Zhu Shujun from Huzhuang Village in Ninghe Town.

Ms. Yang Guirong from the No. 128 Building was detained for 5 days. She has returned home.

Mr. Li Jingzhong was detained, but the date was unknown. He has returned home.

Six practitioners are still detained in the detention center.Ms. Lan Sumin, Ms. Yue Jingnai, and Mr. Ke You from Xiyue Village in Lianzhuang Township.Ms. Zhang Jianwen and Ms. Li Chunyan from Beimaizhu Village in Fengtai Town.Ms. Li Chun'e of Fengtai Town.

Ms. Xu Huanrong, Ms. Bi Yeling, Ms. Wang Yingmei, Ms. Wang Fengxian, and Ms. Feng Guomin were released the day they were arrested due to poor health or other reasons.

Mr. Mo Weiqiu faces trial for suing Jiang Zemin.

12. [Dongying City, Shandong Province] Ms. Xia Dezhen and Another Elderly Practitioner Arrested

Ms. Xia Dezhen, an employee at the Shengli Oil Field Shengda Group General Corporation, and another elderly practitioner were arrested on the afternoon of November 25, 2015 for telling people about Falun Gong. Both practitioners were held in the Shengli Police Station overnight. They were taken to the Dongying City Detention Center the following day for 10 days of detention by Wang Guozhi, head of the Dongying City Domestic Security Division, and other officers. Both practitioners are on hunger strikes to protest the persecution.

13. [Laixi City, Shandong Province] Mr. Lin Hua Suspend Teaching

Mr. Linhua, a teacher with the School of Mechanical Engineering, was suspended from teaching because he sued Jiang Zemin.

14. [Fuxin City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Xu Zhisheng Arrested

Mr. Xu Zhisheng was arrested by officers from the Zhanqian Police Station on the evening of November 27, 2015. He was released half an hour later. The police seized his cell phone and ID card. They told him to return to the police station the following Monday.

15. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Yu Xiaofeng, from Xuejiatun Village, Xinfa Town, Daoli District, was arrested at home by the local police on the morning of November 26, 2015.

Mr. Zheng Yourong and Mr. Wang Xixue, from Houlonggang Community, Ranghulu District, Daqing City, were arrested at noon on November 17, 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin. Both practitioners were released after 6 p.m. that day.

16. [Beijing] Mr. Sun Huaixiang and Ms. Li Xiufeng Detained

Mr. Sun Huaixiang, of the Xin Town in the Fangshan District, an employee with the China Institute of Atomic Energy, was arrested by officers from the Yancun Police Station on November 16, 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin. The officers ransacked his home and confiscated Falun Dafa books, printed materials, a computer and cash. Mr. Sun's family have learned that he is held in the Fangshan District Detention Center.

Ms. Li Xiufang in the same area was also arrested by the officers on November 18, 2015. She was taken to the Fangshan District Detention Center.

17. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Yu Jian'ai Arrested

Officers from the Domestic Security Division and the Wangliu Police Station broke into Mr. Yu Jian'ai's home in Wangliutun Village, under the jurisdiction of the Wangliu Neighborhood Administration Office, on the morning of November 27, 2015.

18. [Guanghan City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Sui Bairong Harassed

Liu Hongwei, an officer from the Chengxi Police Station, and three other people harassed Mr. Sui Bairong at a store he owns on the afternoon of November 25, 2015. They ransacked the store and made video recordings. Mr. Sui was taken to the police station for interrogation on why he filed the lawsuit against Jiang Zemin. The officers took a blood sample from him, recorded the results, established his DNA data, and took fingerprints from him. They took the SIM card from his cell phone and installed some kind of tracking software.

19. [Beijing] Ms. Wang Guizhen Arrested

Ms. Wang Guizhen, of Wangsigoumen Village, Laoxigou Brigade, Changshaoying Manchu Township, the Huairou District, was arrested at home on the morning of November 27, 2015. Her whereabouts are unknown.

20. [Beijing] Ms. Chang Shurong Detained

Ms. Chang Shurong, from Xibaidai Village, Zhangfang Town, the Fangshan District, was arrested by officers from the Zhangfang Police Station on November 26, 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin. She refused to sign any paperwork. She was taken to the Fangshan Police Department that day for detention.

21. [Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Xiao Fenglian and Ms. Zhou Xiaoqin Detained

Four or five officers from the Sujiaying Office and the Longjiang Police Station broke into Ms. Xiao Fenglian's home and ransacked it on the morning of November 25, 2015. They arrested Ms. Xiao and Ms. Zhou Xiaoqin, who was at Ms. Xiao's home. Both practitioners were held in the Hantai Detention Center.

Four officers from the Baocheng Police Station went to Ms. Yang Changqing's home to harass her that morning. Ms. Yang was not at home.

22. [Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Wu Xiaoyun Detained

Ms. Wu Xiaoyun, 59, who lives on the 3rd floor at No. 50 Building of the Jiangbin Residential Quarters, was arrested and taken to the Sipailou Police Station on the morning of November 26, 2015. She is detained in the Zhenjiang City Detention Center for 10 days.

23. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Xu Guiqin Officially Placed Under Arrest; Two Other Practitioners Harassed

Ms. Xu Guiqin, from the Ajingou area, Dongzhou District, was officially placed under arrest on November 26, 2015. The police went to her home and gave the arrest notice to her husband.

Zhang Yukui, head of the Fushun County Domestic Security Division, and other officers went to Ms. Wei Shuhua's home to harass her saying they were recording her statements. They threatened her and forced her to sign paperwork. That day the officers also harassed Ms. Han Ruoxiang at home.

24. [Rizhao City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Several officers led by Qin Yujing, head of the Donggang Domestic Security Division, broken into Ms. Ge Liyun's home on the morning of November 24, 2015. They arrested Ms. Ge, Mr. Chen Changyong and another practitioner and took the three practitioners to the Tai'an Road Police Station. The officers ransacked the homes of Ms. Ge and Mr. Chen. Mr. Chen was released that afternoon. The other two practitioners' whereabouts are unknown.

25. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Mr. Zhang Guoqing and Mr. Hu Bingzhu Detained

Mr. Zhang Guoqing and Mr. Hu Bingzhu were arrested at home by officers from the Biangang Township Police Station on the morning of November 27, 2015. Both practitioners were detained for 15 days.

26. [Dengta City, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Officers from the Gucheng Police Station took Mr. Wang Lejun away from work on the morning of November 24, 2015 on the grounds that they were issuing him a temporary residence permit. They ransacked his home and arrested his wife Ms. Niu Peijuan and Ms. Chen Suoyan, who was there. The officers confiscated Falun Dafa books, printed materials, a computer, and cash.

27. [Linkou County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zhou Xuezhi Detained

Ms. Zhou Xuezhi was arrested by officers from the Nanshan Police Station when she was distributing calenders containing Falun Gong information on the afternoon of November 25, 2015. The officer found a lawsuit against Jiang Zemin in her bag, which was drafted by her non-practitioner son.

The officers went to the store where her son conducts business and searched it. They also ransacked her son's home and confiscated a printer, a computer, and printed materials. Ms. Zhou's son was taken to the police station for interrogation. He was released that evening. Ms. Zhou was taken to the Mudanjiang Detention Center.
