Additional Persecution News from China – May 24, 2015 (10 Reports)

(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 10 cities or counties in 8 provinces. According to this report, 2 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, at least 11 were illegally arrested and the whereabouts of 1 is unknown.

8. [Taian City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Qin's Whereabouts Unknown
9. [Fanchang County, Anhui Province] Ms. Deng Qing and Ms. Meng Ling Arrested
10. [Langzhong City, Sichuan Province] Ms. He Suhua Detained

1. [Huanggang City, Hubei Province] Ms. Sun Yinhua on Hunger Strike

Ms. Sun Yinhua, detained at the Hubei Province Brainwashing Center, is holding a hunger strike to protest the persecution. The guards force-fed her.

2. [Linxi County, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhang Zhiqin Detained

Ms. Zhang Zhiqin was arrested by officers from the Yaolou Police Station on May 7, 2015, for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. She is detained at the Xingtai Brainwashing Center.

Ms. Zhang Yufen was arrested on May 19, 2015, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong.

4. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Xiong Guizhen and Ms. Su were recently arrested and their homes were ransacked.

Ms. Huang Hongping was also arrested and taken to the Qidong Brainwashing Center in Nantong City.

5. [Xiajin County, Shandong Province] Ms. Yang Fengqing Arrested

Ms. Yang Fengqing was arrested on the afternoon of May 21, 2015.

6. [Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zhu Yanhua Arrested

Ms. Zhu Yanhua was arrested on May 19, 2015, for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. The police ransacked her home.

7. [Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province] Mr. Niu Baocheng Arrested

Mr. Niu Baocheng was recently arrested at the Xuzhou Railway Station Police Station. He was detained overnight and then released. The police searched his bag and found Falun Gong informational materials.

8. [Taian City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Qin's Whereabouts Unknown

Ms. Li Qin was arrested by officers from the Taian City Police Department on May 21, 2015. Her whereabouts is unknown.

Ms. Deng Qing, in her 70s, and Ms. Meng Ling were arrested by officers from the Wuhu City 610 Office, Fanchang County 610 Office, and Tongling City 610 Office on May 14, 2015.
