(Minghui.org) Two practitioners from China recently shared their understanding to encourage more people who used to practice to join the effort to bring Jiang Zemin to justice.
Utilize Different Methods and Be Persistent When Suing Jiang Zemin
One practitioner addresses the difficulties in mailing complaints in China and urges practitioners to be persistent.
As more people file complaints against Jiang Zemin, it is evident that momentum is building. However, some people in Jiang's clique who are still in power have attempted to stop practitioners from filing charges through the mail.
In some regions, practitioners were arrested for mailing out their complaints. They were soon released because the perpetrators know full well that these practitioners didn't break any law.
Practitioners in some regions were refused postal services, and when others tracked their mail, they discovered their mail was held up in the Beijing Postal Express Sorting Center. Some practitioners' mail was simply lost in the delivery process after it was accepted at the post office.
Here is the problem: Many give up after they encounter obstacles, and some don't send a copy to the Minghui website because they didn't receive proof that their mail has been received.
Let's persist in our efforts and try different methods to deliver the legal documents. Keep up our righteous thoughts and remember to clarify the truth whenever we encounter a problem. There are many ways to achieve the same goal—let's not give up easily.
If you were refused service by one post office, go to another one. If you can't mail your complaint through the post office, try a private carrier. There are many options. Some say that the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Supreme People's Court will only register a case if the complaint is mailed through the postal system. That's not necessarily true. Many practitioners have used private carriers to deliver the documents. If you keep trying, you will eventually find a way.
Besides express mail, there are other methods. File a complaint online on the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Supreme People's Court's websites. Upload an audio complaint. If all else fails, go directly to Beijing and deliver the documents in person. Some have done this.
It's important to send a copy to the Minghui website when the complaint is sent. Some don't do this if they think their documents did not arrive, but that is not your problem. Please still send a copy to Minghui so that there is a record of you filing a complaint. Just remember to keep your receipt of mailing.
As we continue to sue Jiang and expose his crimes, more and more people will learn the facts about Dafa and be saved.
Helping People Who Used to Practice Join the Effort in Suing Jiang
A practitioner from Shandong shared a recent incident to inspire practitioners to help those who have gone astray from Dafa to sue Jiang:
As I prepared my complaint against Jiang Zemin, I recalled the past 16 years of my cultivation. I remembered those who used to practice but have stopped due to the persecution. How are they doing now? How can we help them position themselves well at this critical time in history?
I ran into a practitioner a few days ago and asked how many practitioners in his village were going to file complaints.
“Eight,” he said. “There used to be many more. For years before the persecution, we voluntarily cleared the main streets whenever it snowed. Once the village was threatened by a huge fire, and only the practitioners helped to put it out. Now only a few of us are left.”
“I know someone from your village who used to practice. Could you contact him? Could you let him know that practitioners from around the world are suing Jiang Zemin? All he has suffered was caused by Jiang. Encourage him to file a complaint. You might give him a copy of your complaint as a reference.”
That practitioner returned to his village and I soon heard good news from him. Someone who used to practice agreed to sue Jiang immediately and thanked him.
“Of course. I have suffered so much because of the persecution,” that person said. “I will file a complaint against Jiang Zemin. Thank you for letting me know. I will for sure sue him.”
