According to this report, 13 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, at least 18 practitioners were illegally arrested, 11 were arrested for suing Jiang Zemin, and the whereabouts of one is unknown.

1. [Tianjin] Ms. Xiao Huaichun and Ms. Wei Xiaoqian Detained

Ms. Xiao Huaichun and Ms. Wei Xiaoqian from the Binhai New Area were arrested by officers from the Shenglijie Police Station in Dagang District on September 5, 2015. The officers ransacked their homes. Both practitioners are held in the Dagang Detention Center.

2. [Nantong City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Zhang Hongfang Arrested

Ms. Zhang Hongfang was arrested recently by officers from the Haimen 610 Office.

3. [Shizuishan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region] Ms. Li Zhixiang Arrested and Ms. Shi Xiaohong Whereabouts Unknown

Ms. Li Zhixiang from the Dawukou District was arrested by officers from the Chaoyang Street Police Station on July 29, 2015. She is detained in the Shizuishan City No. 1 Detention Center.

Ms. Shi Xiaohong, from the Dawukou District was arrested by officers from the Dawukou District Police Department for distributing Falun Gong informational materials in May 2015. Her whereabouts is unknown.

4. [Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zhu Xiuhong and Ms. Zhu Xiuyan Detained

Ms. Zhu Xiuhong and Ms. Zhu Xiuyan were arrested by officers from the Jinshan Police Station in Jinshantun District on September 6, 2015. Both practitioners were held in the Xinjian Detention Center in Wumahe District for five days.

5. [Jiaohe City, Jilin Province] 10 Practitioners Taken to Brainwashing Center after 10 days of Detention for Suing Jiang Zemin

Ms. He Yushi, Ms. Pan Ying, Mr. Wang Aiguo, Mr. Wu Dexiu, Ms. Zhou Jin'e, Mr. Yu Zhonghai, Mr. Su Ronghua, Mr. Wang Kemin, Ms. Wang Fengzhi, and Ms. Wang Yankun filed lawsuits against Jiang Zemin. They were taken to the Hulan Brainwashing Center on September 6, 2015 after 10 days of detention.

6. [Tianjin] Ms. Li Qingying Arrested

Several police officers broke into Ms. Li Qingying's home in the Wuxia Neighborhood, Dongli District and arrested her on August 29, 2015. Ms. Li is in her 60s. The police confiscated a printer, and a computer among other items.

7. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Li Xiupei Arrested

Ms. Li Xiupei was arrested and taken to the Tiexi Police Department by officers from the Dugong Police Station in Tiexi District for distributing Falun Gong informational materials on September 5, 2015.

8. [Nong'an County, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhao Shuxian and Ms. Zhang Guohua Detained

Ms. Zhao Shuxian from Sanshengyu Town was arrested by local police officers in August 2015. She was taken to a brainwashing center after 15 days of detention. She has been released.

Ms. Zhang Guohua from Longwang Township was arrested. She was released after five days of detention.

9. [Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Cai Suping Arrested

Ms. Cai Suping was arrested around August 25, 2015.

10. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Diao Yuzhi Arrested

Ms. Diao Yuzhi was arrested by officers from the Junmin Police Station on September 6, 2015.

11. [Heyuan City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Wu Hongwei Detained

Mr. Wu Hongwei from the Yuancheng District was arrested by officers from the Yuancheng Domestic Security Division for posting Falun Gong facts on August 6, 2015. He is detained in the Heyuan City Detention Center.

12. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Ruirong Arrested

Ms. Zhang Ruirong was arrested at home by officers from the Huantai County Domestic Security Division and the Guoli Police Station on August 17, 2015. She was not accepted at a detention center due to poor physical conditions. She has returned home.

13. [Nong'an County, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhong Yunxia Detained for Suing Jiang Zemin

Ms. Zhong Yunxia from Fulongquan Town was arrested on September 5, 2015 by local police officers for suing Jiang Zemin. She was taken to the Nong'an County Detention Center.

14. [Gongzhuling City, Jilin Province] Mr. Yang Hongchen and Wife Ms. Guo Yafen Arrested

Mr. Yang Hongchen and his wife Ms. Guo Yafen from Fanjiatun Town were arrested by the Gongzhuling City Domestic Security Division on September 6, 2015.

15. [Laizhou Ciity, Shandong Province] Mr. Song Haoran and Ms. Bao Chengzhu Arrested

Mr. Song Haoran and Ms. Bao Chengzhu were arrested by officers from the Sanshandao Police Station for distributing Falun Gong informational materials in the Guoxi Town farm market on September 6, 2015. The officers ransacked their homes and confiscated a printer, a computer, Shen Yun DVDs, and a three-wheeled electric vehicle. Mr. Song was released that afternoon. Ms. Bao is detained in the Sanshandao Police Station.

16. [Wanquan County, Hebei Province] Ms. Guo Xiumin Arrested

Ms. Guo Xiumin was arrested by Li Kegong, deputy head of the Wanquan County Domestic Security Division, and other officers for telling people about Falun Gong on September 6, 2015. The officers ransacked her home. She is detained in the Kongjiazhuang Police Station.
