1. [Yinan County, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Xiai Detained

Ms. Wang Xiai from Suijiadian Village, Yiwen Town, was arrested by officers from the Yiwen Police Station for distributing Falun Gong informational desk calendars on December 21, 2015. She was taken to the Yinan County Detention Center.

2. [Changle County, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhang Yicheng Faces Trial

Mr. Zhang Yicheng, an employee at the Jidi Middle School in Changle, was arrested and taken to the Chengxi Police Station by Shan Yicheng and officers from the Changle Domestic Security Division on October 14, 2015. He was taken to the Changle Detention Center the following day, where he was detained until October 29. He was released on bail after paying 4,000 yuan. The police department and the {{Procuratorate called Mr. Zhang on December 9, 2015. They told him that he would face trial in the near future. The indictment has been delivered to him.

3. [Laiyang City, Shandong Province] Eleven Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Ren Songjun, an employee at the Guliu Middle School, was arrested at school by officers from the Guliu Police Department on December 21, 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin, the former head of the Chinese communist regime. His home was ransacked that afternoon. He is held in a detention center.

Mr. Li Ming from Shuinan Village, Longwangzhuang Town, was arrested on the afternoon of December 21, 2015. He is held in the Longwangzhuang Police Station.

Mr. Zhang Hua from Qianbuhou Village, Mr. Xu Henglin from Dongshigu Zhuang and Ms. Liu Yaofeng from Dongmajiabo Village, Tuanwang Town, were arrested on December 21, 2015.

A practitioner from Chujiatuan Village, Bolinzhuang Town, was arrested by officers from the Bolinzhuang Police Station.

Mr. Liang Shaobo and his wife Ms. Ma Shuying from Wugezhuang Village were arrested on December 21, 2015. Ms. Ma was released that evening. Mr. Liang was detained.

Ms. Sun Peiling from Yupo Village, Tuanwang Town, was arrested on December 22, 2015.

Ms. Su Wenhong from Wugezhuang Village was arrested at the supermarket she owns. Mr. Ji Huanzhong who works in a fruit shop was also arrested.

4. [Zhangqiu City, Shandong Province] Five Practitioners Arrested and the Whereabouts of Two Unknown

Ms. Li Yuzhi and Ms. Lu Guizhi were arrested by officers from the Shuangshan Police Station on December 22, 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin. Both practitioners were taken to the Jinan City No. 3 Detention Center on that afternoon and detained for 13 days.

Mr. Li Yanrong was arrested by officers from the Xianggongzhuang Police Station for suing Jiang Zemin on December 22. He was released that afternoon.

Mr. Zhang Guosheng and Mr. Zhang Chuanyong were arrested by officers from the Diao Town Police Station. Their whereabouts are unknown.

5. [Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province] Four Practitioners Arrested for Suing Jiang Zemin

Ms. Wang Guiying was arrested by officers from the Xingfu Police Station, Fularji District, on December 22, 2015 for suing Jiang. The officers ransacked Ms. Wang's home and confiscated two Falun Gong books. She has returned home.

Ms. Lu Shibo was arrested by the same officers and on the same day for suing Jiang. She was taken to the Qiqihar Detention Center. This was the second time that Ms. Lu was arrested. She has returned home.

Mr. Li Shikai was arrested at work, also on the same day and by the same officers for suing Jiang. He was detained at the Qiqihar Detention Center

Ms. Jiao was also arrested by officers from the Xingfu Police Station on December 22 for suing Jiang Zemin. She has returned home.

6. [Nenjiang County, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Wang Yanyou's 10-Year Sentence Upheld at Final Trial

Mr. Wang Yanyou was sentenced to 10 years in prison. The Heihe City Intermediate Court issued in its final judgment that the original verdict, handed down in early December 2015, be upheld. Mr. Wang was taken to the Beian Prison on December 18, 2015.

7. [Jintang County, Sichuan Province] Ms. Li Guohua Forced Into Hiding

Zhou Guoqiang, staff at the Security Section, Department of Education; Fan, secretary, 610 Office; and other officers showed up at the school where Ms. Li Guohua teaches on December 21 and December 22, 2015. They and Xu Bo, the school principal, threatened Ms. Li that she would be taken to a brainwashing center. They demanded that she sign documents that state that she would give up Falun Gong. Ms. Li went into hiding to avoid the persecution.

8. [Chongqing] Ms. Li Xiuying Prosecuted

Ms. Li Xiuying is held in the Yudong Detention Center. She was tortured and suffered a fracture on her left hand. She was prosecuted by the Procuratorate, which filed a court case.

Practitioner Liang Hua was arrested by officers from the Gaogezhuang Town Police Station on the morning of December 22, 2015.

10. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Six Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Zeng Youxian, Ms. Ding Hui, Ms. Deng Zhongsu, young practitioner Zheng, Mr. Zhou Hongjie, and Mr. Lin Xiaoquan, from the Xindu District, were arrested at home by officers from the Chengdong Police Station and the Chengxi Police Station on December 2015. The practitioners are held in the Xindu Detained Center.

11. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Fourteen Practitioners Arrested and Whereabouts of Thirteen Unknown

Mr. Liu Bingzhang and 13 practitioners were arrested when they studied the Falun Gong teachings at the home of Mr. Liu, in the Jinniu District, on December 22, 2015. Mr. Liu has not returned home. The remaining practitioners’ whereabouts are unknown.

12. [Liaocheng City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhou Changzhen Detained

Ms. Zhou Changzhen, from Liugang Village, Beicheng Neighborhood Administration Office, was again arrested by Xie Keshan and officers from the Beicheng Police Station on December 14, 2015. She was taken to the Liaocheng Detention Center for 10 days of detention.

13. [Jiansanjiang, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Li Lianrong Detained

Ms. Li Lianrong from the Hongwei Farm, Jiansanjiang Reclamation Authority, was arrested by officers from the Hongwei Farm Police Department for handing out calendars with Falun Gong content on December 21, 2015. She was taken to the Jiamusi Detention Center for 15 days of detention.

14. [Shaodong County, Hunan Province] Ms. Zeng Dongying and Mr. Zeng Bonian Arrested

Ms. Zeng Dongying and Mr. Zeng Bonian were arrested about three days ago.

Ms. Li Dongmei was arrested after work on December 22, 2015. The officers from the Longjiang County Domestic Security Division waited for her inside her home. Her family went to Longjiang County that night. They were told that she would be detained for 10 days.

Ms. He Pingqin was followed and arrested by officers from the Huapinglu Police Station, Minhang District, in the afternoon on December 22, 2015. She is held in the Minhang District Detention Center.

17. [Jing County, Hebei Province] Ms. Cui Rongfen Whereabouts Unknown

The Jing County Court put Ms. Cui Rongfen on trial on December 22, 2015. Ms. Cui, whose health had deteriorated because of torture while in custody, passed out as soon as the trial was over. She was taken to the Jing County Hospital. Subsequently, several dozen police officers showed up at the hospital and arrested her. Ms. Cui's whereabouts are unknown.

18. [Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province] Nine Practitioners Detained for Suing Jiang Zemin

Mr. Wang Zhenglun, Mr. Wang Mingfeng, Ms. Song Yuying, Ms. Li Jing, Mr. Hu Min, Mr. Zhang Weizun, Mr. Shi Tieliang, Mr. Shi' wife, and Mr. Du Baoxiang were arrested by Ma, section head, Meilisi Daur District 610 Office; Sun Changwen and officers from the Domestic Security Division on December 4, 2015. They were taken to three police stations for interrogation about their lawsuits against Jiang Zemin. The nine practitioners were placed under 15 days of administrative detention.

19. [Fengcheng City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Bai Hongxiang Detained for Suing Jiang Zemin

Ms. Bai was arrested on October 22, 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin. The police confiscated a computer and currency with Falun Gong facts printed on them. Ms. Bai is held in the Jingu Detention Center, Baifang, Dandong City.

Ms. Bai Hongxiang was also arrested by officers from the Langtou Police Station, Dandong City, for distributing Falun Gong informational materials, on April 25, 2015. She was released after the police extorted 10,000 yuan from her husband.

Ms. Li Yanrong was arrested on December 23, 2015 for telling people about Falun Gong. The police ransacked her home and confiscated two computers. She is detained in the Cangzhou Detention Center.

21. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Han Guangzhi, Ms. Pei Fengru, Ms. Zhang Guoqin and Ms. Wang Xuchun were arrested by officers from the Xiushui Township Police Station for telling people about Falun Gong on December 23, 2015. They were taken to the Yushu City Police Department by the Yushu City Domestic Security Division.

22. [Zhoukou City, Henan Province] Mr. Xu Naijin's Home Ransacked

Mr. Xu Niajin's home was ransacked by a group of people on November 25, 2015. They confiscated a photo of the founder of Falun Gong, Falun Gong books, mobile hard disks, DVDs, and cell phones. Mr. Xu was body searched as well. The whole process was videotaped and photographed.

23. [Huailai County, Hebei Province] Ms. Liu Junmei and Ms. Liang Suyun Arrested

About six officers from the Tumu Police Station showed up at Ms. Liu Junmei's home. They questioned her about her lawsuit against Jiang Zemin on the morning of December 23, 2015. They confiscated five Falun Gong books and informational materials.

The officers arrested Ms. Liu, as well as Ms. Liang Suyun, who was visiting at the time. Ms. Liu was taken to the Tumu Police Station. Ms. Liang was taken to the Langshan Police Station. Ms. Liu was released.

24. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Eleven Practitioners Arrested

About a dozen officers from the Hefei City Police Department arrested 11 practitioners in Feidong County on December 22, 2015. They are: Ms. Jiang Qin, Ms. Sun Yurong, Ms. Gao Guangying, Ms. Ma Guiying, Mr. Wang Delong, Mr. Zhang Wenyuan, practitioner Xu, two practitioners surnamed Li, and two practitioners surnamed Hu. They were taken to the Feidong Police Department in Cuozhen Town, Feidong County.

25. [Yuncheng County, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Officers from the Liji Township Police Station and the Yuncheng County Domestic Security Division ransacked Ms. Yang Liangxiu's home and confiscated four Falun Gong books, because she filed a lawsuit against Jiang Zemin.

Ms. Li Xiuchun was arrested by officers from the Yuncheng County 610 Office for distributing Falun Gong informational materials on June 2015. She is still detained.

The homes of Ms. Zhang Aiqin and Ms. Yao Xiulian were ransacked on October 30, 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin. Both practitioners were held in the Heze Detention Center and released on December 4, 2015. The practitioners were extorted between 30,000 and 50,000 yuan each.

Gao Lei, section head of the Public Security Section in the Huaheng Mining Company of the New Mining Group, and others broke into Ms. Wang Anying's home and ransacked it on December 18, 2015. They confiscated the book Zhuan Falun and a copy of the lawsuit against Jiang Zemin.

Mr. Chi Hailong from the Bairin Left Banner was arrested by Shi Yuguo, deputy head, and officers from the Bairin Left Banner Domestic Security Division for posting Falun Gong informational materials on December 19, 2015. Mr. Chi was detained in the Bairin Left Banner Detention Center.

31. [Qihe County, Shandong Province] Mr. Wei Lesheng Arrested

Mr. Wei Lesheng was arrested by officers from the Biaobaisi Town Police Station for distributing Falun Gong informational brochures on December 22, 2015.

32. [Cao County, Shandong Province] Three Practitioner Face Trial for Suing Jiang Zemin

Ms. Huo Xiuxian, Ms. Zhu Yurong, and Mr. Tang Hong were arrested by officers from the Cao County Police Department on October 30, 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin. They are detained in the Cao County Detention Center. All three are facing a trial.

33. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Cao Hongqin Taken to Prison

Ms. Cao Hongqin, 62, from Jigang New Village, was arrested for distributing Falun Gong informational materials on December 22, 2015. She was held in the Baoshan Police Department. Seven officers ransacked her home. It was reported, that Ms. Cao was taken to the Jiangshuiquan Women's Prison.

Officers from the Lingzi Police Station in the Zichuan District harassed at least 30 practitioners, who filed lawsuits against Jiang Zemin, since the end of October 2015.

Among them are, Ms. Liu Mei, Ms. Shao Wenxia, Mr. Sun Yundao, a practitioner surnamed Tang, and another surnamed Lu were taken to the Zichuan District Detention Center. The five practitioners were detained between 7 and 12 days.
