1. [Jincheng City, Shanxi Province] Ms. Guo Yunzhi Sentenced to Four Years in Prison

Ms. Guo Yunzhi, 61, was arrested by officers from the Zezhou Road Police Station on February 14, 2015, for telling people about Falun Gong. She was held in the Jincheng City Detention Center. She was later sentenced to four years in prison. She is held in the Shanxi Province Women's Prison.

2. [Beijing] Ms. Zhao Jinghua Sentenced to Three Years in Prison

Ms. Zhao Jinghua from Shuangjing Residential Community in the Chaoyang District was arrested by officers from the Shuangjing Police Station when she was distributing Falun Gong informational materials on January 14, 2015. She was held in the Chaoyang District Detention Center. The Chaoyang District Court sentenced her to three years in prison on November 15, 2015.

3. [Jincheng City, Shanxi Province] Mr. Yue Jianjun Detained

Mr. Yue Jianjun, 42, from Nanyicheng Village, Beiyicheng Town, Zezhou County, was reported to the police when he was distributing Falun Gong informational materials on September 7, 2015. He was arrested by Beiyicheng Town Police Station officers, who ransacked his home and confiscated a computer, a copy machine, and Falun Dafa books. Mr. Yue is detained in the Zezhou County Detention Center.

4. [Huazhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Chen Meiling Detained

Ms. Chen Meiling was arrested by officers from the Dongshan Police Station when she was talking to people about Falun Gong on November 8, 2015. She is detained in the Tanggangling No. 2 Detention Center.

5. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Lu Cuixiang and Ms. Zhang Fengrong Detained

Ms. Lu Cuixiang from Shifo Village and Ms. Zhang Fengrong from Luo Village were recently detained. Ms. Lu was transferred to the Zibo City Detention Center.

6. [Beijing] Ms. Zhang Yunhua and Husband Arrested

Officers from the Tiangongyuan Police Station in the Daxing District broke into Ms. Zhang Yunhua's home on the afternoon of November 26, 2015. They questioned her about her lawsuit against Jiang Zemin. They took Ms. Zhang and her husband to the police station. Both practitioners, who are nearly 70 years old, were taken to a detention center at midnight. They were denied admission because of their high blood pressure and were taken home.

7. [Beijing] Ms. Yao Guiyun Arrested

Ms. Yao Guiyun from the East Xingfu area in the Shunyi District was arrested at home by officers from the Guangming Police Station on October 21, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin. The officers questioned her about the lawsuit she filed, ransacked her home, and took her to the Nihe Detention Center. Six hours later she was released for health reasons.

8. [Beijing] Mr. Li Guogang Arrested

Mr. Li Gugang was arrested in mid-November for suing Jiang Zemin.

9. [Shantou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Zhang Xiaoling and Ms. Li Yifeng Detained

Ms. Zhang Xiaoling and Ms. Li Yifeng from Gurao Town in the Chaoyang District were arrested by five or six plainclothes officers on the afternoon of December 8, 2015. Both practitioners are held in the Meihua Detention Center in the Chaoyang District.

10. [Dongying City, Shandong Province] Nine Practitioners Harassed

By December 9, 2015, officers from the Binxi Police Department in the Shengli Oilfield had harassed nine practitioners who filed lawsuits against Jiang Zemin. The nine practitioners are: Ms. Zhu Guohong, Mr. Ma Xingyi, Ms. Li Xiuhong, Ms. Huang Yan, Ms. Jing Zhanping, Ms. Liu Renxia, Mr. Qi Guoxi, Ms. Li Suhua, and another practitioner whose name is unknown.

Ms. Liu Renxia and Ms. Li Suhua were placed under administrative detention. Both practitioners have returned home. Two other practitioners were released for failing physical examinations.

11. [Pingdingshan City, Henan Province] Mr. Jiang Junfeng Detained

Mr. Jiang Junfeng was arrested and taken to the Pingdingshan City Detention Center on the morning of November 25, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin. According to the warrant, he was placed under administrative detention for 15 days. Instead, he was taken to Jia County Detention Center on December 7, 2015, for criminal detention.

12. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Min Detained

Ms. Zhang Min from the Weicheng District was arrested recently. She is now in the Weifang Detention Center. The police ransacked her home. They confiscated 8,000 yuan in cash and a car.

13. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Mr. Ma Wensheng Detained; Two Practitioners Harassed

Four officers from the Jinzhu Police Station in the Longtan District broke into the homes of Mr. Ma Wensheng and Ms. Hu Chunyi and ransacked them on November 12, 2015. They confiscated Falun Dafa books and more than 20 DVDs. Both practitioners were taken to the police station, where the officers questioned them about their lawsuits against Jiang Zemin. Ms. Hu was released that evening. Mr. Ma was detained for five days.

Four officers from the police station broke into Mr. Yan Deshan's home and ransacked it on November 4, 2015. They confiscated all his Falun Dafa books.

Ms. Fu Faqiong, about 60, was arrested by officers from the Sanhe Police Station on December 8, 2015. She was detained for 15 days. Another practitioner whose last name is Zeng, about 50, was arrested on December 8, 2015.

16. [Panshi City, Jilin Province] Five Practitioners Detained

Ms. Qi Yanjie from Heishi Town was detained for five days on November 18, 2015. Ms. Zhang Li from Baoshan Township was detained for 10 days on November 24, 2015. Ms. Zhang Peizhen was arrested by officers from the Dongning Street Police Station on November 21, 2015, for distributing Falun Gong informational materials. She was detained for 10 days.

18. [Changsha City, Hunan Province] Ms. Wang Changjing Detained

Approximately 12 officers from the Changsha Police Department and the Jingwanzi Police Station forced their way into Ms. Wang Changjing's home on the evening of December 7, 2015, claiming to be checking the water meter. They confiscated a desktop computer, an all-in-one PC, three notebook computers, four tablet PCs, two printers, 12 cell phones, 30 cell phone SIM cards, more than a dozen Falun Dafa books, and over 1,000 yuan worth of paper bills with facts about Falun Gong printed on them. One officer recorded the entire process with a video camera.

Mr. Wang, 63, who is retired from the Changsha City No. 5 Construction Bureau, and his daughter were taken to the Jingwanzi Police Station at 11:30 p.m. that night. One of Mr. Wang's hands was handcuffed to a chair overnight, and both his daughter's hands were handcuffed to the chair. The police took written notes when interrogating them separately the next morning. Mr. Wang's daughter was taken to a brainwashing center that afternoon and held there for one day. She has since returned home. Mr. Wang is detained in the Changsha No. 4 Detention Center.

Mr. Zhang Dianbin, 68, was arrested at home by officers who smashed the door and broke in on the morning of November 18, 2015. The officers confiscated a computer, a printer, and Falun Gong calendars. Mr. Zhang was taken to the Qinhuangdao No. 1 Detention Center.

22. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Yang Hongyan and Ms. Li Yanhua Detained

Officers from the Jiutai Domestic Security Division and the Weizigou Police Station broke into Ms. Yang Hongyan's home in Lishu Village on the morning of December 7, 2015. They arrested Ms. Yang and Ms. Li Yanhua, who were visiting from the neighboring village. Both practitioners were detained for 15 days. Ms. Yang's son videotaped the officers using his cell phone while they carried out the arrests. He also took photos. The officers beat him and injured his arm.

Mr. Tang Rong was arrested at work on December 11, 2015.

24. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Ms. He Xingliu, Ms. Qi Fengqiao, Ms. Cui Kuan, and another practitioner were reported to the police by Gao Dajun, Chengshiwu Village Party secretary, when they were talking to people about Falun Gong and handing out desk calendars on December 9, 2015. Li Xingmin, director of the Chengwei Town Police Station, and other officers arrested and took the four practitioners to the police station. The practitioners were released that afternoon.

25. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wu Guilan Detained

Ms. Wu Guilan from the Honghe Residential Community was arrested on December 4, 2015. She was taken to the Domestic Secretary Division and then to the Yaziquan Detention Center. The officers ransacked her home and confiscated at least three printers, a DVD burner, a computer, and paper bills with facts about Falun Gong printed on them.

26. [Meizhou City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Liang Shunjing and Wife Ms. Deng Xiufen Arrested

Mr. Liang Shunjing and his wife Ms. Deng Xiufen were arrested by officers from the Meijiang District Domestic Secretary Division and the 610 Office on the evening of December 10, 2015. The couple was handcuffed. The officers ransacked their home and confiscated photos of the founder of Falun Gong, three sets of Falun Dafa books, printed materials, two computers, a printer, a camera, two MP3 players, a radio, four cell phones, and a car. Ms. Deng was taken home by her family because of her high blood pressure. Mr. Liang was held in the Qinhuang Detention Center located in the Meijiang District.

Ms. Zhao Yunxia was arrested by officers from the Huifeng Police Station in the Jiancaoping District on December 10, 2015.

Mr. Fu Tao was harassed the following day. The officers posted Mr. Fu's enlarged photo ID on the propaganda bulletin board in the residential community where he lives. The notice said that Mr. Fu was a criminal suspect and residents were encouraged to report his activities.

Ms. Long Yuping at the Huazhong Agricultural University was arrested by officers from the Hongshan Police Department on November 9, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin. She was officially placed under arrest on November 30. She is held in the Wuhan No. 1 Detention Center.

29. [Qianxi County, Hebei Province] Ms. Chai Junxia Detained

Ms. Chai Junxia was summoned to the Domestic Secretary Division by officers from the Qianxi County Domestic Secretary Division and the Xinzhuangzi Police Station on the morning of December 14, 2015. She was placed under criminal detention that afternoon and was taken to Tangshan City.

Officers from the Suzhou District Domestic Secretary Division harassed, arrested, and detained practitioners who filed lawsuits against Jiang Zemin. They also ransacked the practitioners' homes.

From the end of October to mid-December, Ms. Liu Ruixian, Ms. Liu Suping, Mr. Quan Zhenwei, Ms. Xie Hongying, Mr. Xiao Zhanlong, Ms. Qin Shixiu, Mr. Yang Bingde, Ms. Jia Yanxia, and two other practitioners were harassed, arrested, and detained for 15 days.

31. [Shanghai] Ms. Wang Quandi Very Weak Due to Persecution

Ms. Wang Quandi and other female practitioners being held in the Songjiang Women's Prison were pressured to give up their belief in Falun Gong. All of them went on hunger strikes to protest. Ms. Wang became very weak after an extended hunger strike. She was taken to the Shanghai Prison Hospital in Zhoupu Town. Family visits were denied.
