(Minghui.org) Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhou Xianwen filed a complaint against former dictator Jiang Zemin to the Supreme People's Procuratorate in 2015 for his role in launching the brutal 16-year persecution. Ms. Zhou then submitted letters of complaint to the Administrative Court of Yangpu District on January 27 and 28, 2016. The letters requested the court to withdraw the illegal order of administrative detention against her and to award compensation and a formal apology for her arrest last July.

Ms. Zhou then wrote a letter to the chief judge of the Yangpu District Court, citing the court staff for their blatant disregard of the law.
