1. [Rizhao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Han Haiqin Detained

Ms. Han Haiqin was arrested by officers from the 610 Office of the Rizhao Development Zone Police Department on April 7, 2016. The officers ransacked her home and confiscated photos of the founder of Falun Gong, and Falun Gong books. She was taken to the Rizhou City Detention Center for 15 days of detention.

2. [Pingdu City, Shandong Province] Ms. Sha Meiyu Arrested

Ms. Sha Meiyu was arrested and taken to a police stationon the morning of May 10, 2016, because she was talking to people about Falun Gong.

3. [Jining City, Shandong Province] Mr. Huang Qingrong Arrested

Mr. Huang Qingrong was arrested and taken to the Nanzhang Police Station when he was talking to people about Falun Gong on May 11, 2016. His family brought him home that night.

4. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Yang Benliang and Mother Held in Prison

Mr. Yang Benliang was sentenced to 11 years in prison in 2005, and has been held in the Shenyang No. 1 Prison. He was severely abused and forced to give up his spiritual belief, Falun Gong.

Mr. Yang’s mother, Ms. Cao Yuzhen, was sentenced to nine years in prison in 2005. His wife passed away in 2014 after being persecuted in a prison for seven years.

5. [Kunming City, Yunnan Province] Ms. Han Jingyi Arrested

Ms. Han Jingyi was arrested by officers from the Haiyuansi Police Station while she was distributing Falun Gong informational materials on the morning of May 5, 2016. Her home was ransacked.

6. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Zhang Hui'an Arrested

Ms. Zhang Hui'an was arrested at the Longtansi by local police on the morning of March 27, 2016. She was held in the Tianhui Town Police Station. She was brought back home by her family that afternoon.

7. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Huizhi and Ms. Sun Xiaochen Arrested

Ms. Liu Huizhi and Ms. Sun Xiaochen were arrested by officers from the Guangrong Police Station in the Lushun District on May 11, 2016. Ms. Liu was taken to the Dalian Brainwashing Center after being detained for five days.

Ms. Luo Jianping was arrested by Wuhan City police on the afternoon of May 10, 2016. The officers ransacked her home and confiscated Falun Gong books.

Mr. Gao Ming, a teacher at the Huangjia Township Central Elementary School, was tried by the Dazhu County Court on April 26, 2016. He had recently been sentenced to three years and six months in prison and fined 3,000 yuan.
