(Minghui.org) Fa rectification is coming to a close, and Dafa disciples' cultivation and assisting Master to save sentient beings has also come to the final stage. Some practitioners, including myself, have felt anxious because we need to hurry up to save sentient beings.
But we have been held back by our attachments and interference, and didn't do well with the three things that Master asks us to do. We haven't met the standard that the Fa requires.
One afternoon while taking a nap, a voice woke me up. I heard someone say, “Catch up quickly! Catch up quickly! Catch up quickly!” I sat up and looked at the time. It was 2 p.m. I knew that Master woke me up. I needed to make Dafa informational materials.
I've had difficulty breathing since the beginning of this year. I thought my chest was tight because of depression brought on by the persecution, so I didn't pay attention to it.
When I was doing the meditation one day, I saw a woman in ancient attire standing in front of me holding a corpse. The dead person was also in ancient attire. The woman was in tears and looked very sad. It took a while for the image to disappear.
I was very upset after I finished the meditation, but couldn't understand why I saw the woman. But I believed that it must have something to do with my cultivation.
I had difficulty breathing more frequently during that time. I realized that they were sentient beings from my world. They were dying because I hadn't cultivated well. That is why they were grieving and crying. They wished that I could cultivate better to save them, but I hadn't. I am committing a crime if I can't do well and save them. It appears that I am killing the sentient beings in my own world.
I came to the human world having made vows, and I was the hope of the sentient beings in my world. I am determined to improve and to try my best to meet the requirements and standards Master asks of us.
I know that if I do well and conform to the standards of the Fa at that level, with Master's boundless and infinite compassion, he could find those who have lost their lives and bring them back to life.
Why do babies cry when they are born? They know the human world is a vicious place and it would be too hard to return to their original homes. So they didn't want to come. As they grow, they lose their true nature and eventually degenerate in the noxious caldron of humanity.
We can't take our reputation or material things with us when we die. We come with nothing and leave with nothing. What is the point of being attached to money, property, or personal interests?
The Fa rectification is fast approaching its end. We should ask ourselves why we don't seem to want to live in the golden, shining paradises that we came from, and would rather stay here and totally ignore our sentient beings’ salvation.
We signed vows with Master and pledged to offer sentient beings salvation. That pledge was exchanged for our divine body, and then Master arranged cultivation paths for every practitioner according to our vows.
Master said:
“Some people still have a chance, but some no longer do. For some there is still time left, and for some their only hope is to sprint. But if the person hasn’t laid an adequate foundation, and if the person’s understanding of the Fa is limited, how could he have the drive to persist? Have you been diligent? If you haven’t laid a solid foundation that’s built on the Fa, you won’t be able to do that. That kind of determination and firm sense of conviction come from the Fa. Time is pressing, so I don’t want to just say pleasant things; I’ve already said many words of encouragement.” (“Fa Teaching at the 2015 West Coast Fa Conference”)
I think that I belong to the category of those that need to sprint. Master worries about me a lot and that was why he urges me to catch up quickly. This is our compassionate Master giving me one more chance to catch up.
I told myself that I still have an opportunity to seize the final time to fulfill my vows to save people. I will cherish the opportunity that Master is giving me and study the Fa well. I will go out to help people quit the Chinese Communist Party and save more people. I will return to my own world after consummation.
