1. [Xixia City, Shandong Province] Several Practitioners Arrested

Officers from the Xixia City Domestic Security Division and local police stations arrested several practitioners and took them to the Xixia City Detention Center on September 13, 2017.

Those who were arrested include Ms. Xiu Cuiting from Liukou Village, Shewobo Town and Mr. Liu Jinbo and his wife from Juwu Village, Guanli Town. The officers ransacked their homes and confiscated Falun Gong books, printers, and notebook computers.

2. [Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Pei Tingjiu Arrested, Whereabouts Unknown

Mr. Pei Tingjiu from Handian Town, Shuangcheng District was arrested at home by a group of unidentified people on the afternoon of September 13, 2017. His home was ransacked. His whereabouts are unknown.

3. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhu Xuemei and Mr. Wei Zhenqing Arrested

Ms. Zhu Xuemei from Weijia Village, Tangfang Town, Gaoqing County was arrested by plainclothes officers in early September 2017 for distributing Falun Gong books. Officers from the Gaoqing Police Department went to her home and arrested her husband, Mr. Wei Zhenqing. They ransacked the couple's home and confiscated Falun Gong books and materials.

4. [Dandong City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Bai Shuzhen Arrested

Ms. Bai Shuzhen from Shihugou Township was arrested by officers from the Kuandian Town Domestic Security Division and the Shihugou Police Station in the morning on September 13, 2017. The officers ransacked her home and confiscated Falun Gong books.

5. [Shouguang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li and Mr. Wang Chunjing Arrested

Ms. Li from Lijiahedong Village was arrested by officers from the Shouguang City Domestic Security Division and the Hou Town Police Station on the morning of September 11, 2017. The officers ransacked her home and confiscated a computer, a printer, Falun Gong books, and informational materials. Ms. Li's husband, Mr. Wang Chunjing, was arrested at home that afternoon.

6. [Xianning City, Hubei Province] Several Practitioners Harassed

Officers from the Tongcheng County 610 Office, the Domestic Security Division, the Security Brigade, and the Junshui Police Station went to several practitioners' homes in the county, harassed them, ransacked their homes, and arrested them on August 30, 2017.

They broke into Ms. Wu Mei'e's home and ransacked it. They confiscated photos of the founder of Falun Gong and a cell phone. Ms. Wu is in her 70s. Her hands were cuffed behind her back, and her head was covered with a black hood. Her non-practitioner granddaughter was also handcuffed. Both were taken to the police department for interrogation. They were released one hour later.

Ms. Li Yanhong was arrested, and several cell phones were confiscated. Mr. Li Xiongwu and his younger brother were also arrested at the same time. The three practitioners were detained for over 10 days. They have since returned home.

Police officers broke into Ms. Wang Huiyuan's home and confiscated several cell phones and printed materials. She was taken to the Chongyang County Detention Center. She is held in the Wuhan Brainwashing Center.

Mr. Wang Guoqing and Mr. Jin Haohua from Sizhuang Township, Shadui Town, were detained. Their cell phones were confiscated.

Ms. Wu Yunxia from Tanghu Town was arrested in the downtown area. Her cell phone was confiscated. She is held in the county detention center.

7. [Shanghai] Ms. Liu Shufang Detained

Ms. Liu Shufang, in her 70s, from Baoshan District was arrested and her home ransacked by officers from the Baoshan District Domestic Security Division on August 23, 2017. She is being held at the Baoshan District Detention Center.

8. [Pingdingshan City, Henan Province] Ms. Liu Shuying Arrested

Ms. Liu Shuying was arrested at work on September 12, 2017 for suing former Chinese Communist Party head Jiang Zemin. She was pushed into a van and taken directly to a brainwashing center near the Zhengzhou City Detention Center. Ms. Liu refused to get out the van, she was brought back to her work unit and returned to work that night at her normal work time.

9. [Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Xu Yongxia Detained

Ms. Xu Yongxia was arrested by Wang Heliang and other officers from the Dao'erdeng Town Police Station on the evening of September 12, 2017. She is being held in the Chaoyang Detention Center.

Ms. Geng Jiqiu, Ms. Wang Xuemei, Mr. Chen Ke, and Mr. Ma Fengyi were arrested at Ms. Geng's home on the morning of September 13, 2017. Three practitioners' homes were ransacked, and Ms. Wang's car was confiscated. Their whereabouts are unknown.

The arresting officers are: Wang Lei (head of the Da'an City Domestic Security Division), Liu Yuming (deputy head), Mu Zijing (deputy head), Dou Haiyang (officer), Qu Xiqiu (deputy director of the Jinhua Police Station), and two female plainclothes officers.

Mr. Liu Qingjie was arrested and his home ransacked on the evening of September 13, 2017.

13. [Xixia City, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Yuqin and Husband Arrested

Ms. Liu Yuqin and her husband were arrested at home at noon on September 13, 2017.

14. [Tianmen City, Hubei Province] Ms. Jin Qiong'e and Mr. Peng Yongbo Arrested

Ms. Jin Qiong'e and Mr. Peng Yongbo were arrested by officers from the Huangtan Police Station on the morning of September 13, 2017 for distributing Falun Gong materials. The officers ransacked their homes and confiscated Mr. Peng's motorcycle, cell phone, watch, and several thousand yuan in cash.

15. [Qingzhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Ji Aiyun Arrested

Ms. Ji Aiyun was reported and arrested for talking to people about Falun Gong on September 10, 2017. She was taken to the Mihe Police Station, where she was interrogated by police officers and Yang Haifeng, head of the Domestic Security Division. She was released that day.

Ms. Wang Qiaofen from Qizhou Town was reported for talking to people about Falun Gong on September 14, 2017. She was arrested and taken to the Xishui County Detention Center by officers from the Qichun County Police Station.

Ms. Wang Qingfang from Zhangdian District was arrested and her home ransacked by officers from the Keyuan Police Station on September 14, 2017. She was released that afternoon.

21. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhao Xingguang and Ms. Sun Huijuan Arrested

Mr. Zhao Xingguang and Ms. Sun Huijuan were reported for distributing Falun Gong materials in the countryside on the evening of September 9, 2017. They were arrested by officers from the Miaohou Township Police Station. The officers ransacked Mr. Zhao's home on the following day and confiscated a car, a desktop computer, a tablet, a printer, and Falun Gong books.
