(Minghui.org) After reading Falun Dafa's main book, Zhuan Falun, for two days, Ms. Tian's physical pain and illness symptoms, which had plagued her for over two decades, mysteriously disappeared.
She told the customers at her small beauty shop in London and all her friends about her surprising recovery.
Ms. Tian used to suffer severe pain in her neck, shoulders, and arms. She also had dry eyes and chronic asthma. The various treatments she tried did not seem to help.
“Before I learned Falun Dafa, I frequently cried over the pain caused by my health problems,” she said. “I would ask myself 'why me' and 'what else can I try?' Now, everything is different. I sleep well throughout the night. I really feel very good.”
“Sometimes I feel like I'm floating on air,” she added. “I am so happy and it's made me much more cheerful and patient with my family and my customers.”

Ms. Tian, 53, immigrated to England with her husband and two sons from Vietnam 17 years ago. She learned Falun Dafa around the 2016 Chinese New Year after her sister and good friend back in Vietnam recommended the practice to her on separate occasions.
Although she took up the practice for health reasons, Ms. Tian said she realized that she had come to this world to follow the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. She said, “From the book, I found my way home.”
“Cultivating Dafa lets us return to our original, true self,” she said. “I had a lot of hardships in the past. Since taking up cultivation, I've begun to see those hardships as chances for me to eliminate karma and improve my xinxing. Now I feel relaxed and happy.”
Her family was delighted by her transformation, and her 81-year-old father has also taken up the practice.
Ms. Tian often tells the people she meets about the practice. She said, “I tell people about Falun Dafa and give them the fliers whenever I have a chance. I tell them how my life was changed by the practice. I tell them how to download the free exercise video, exercise music, and Dafa books, and about the exercise sites in public parks and community libraries in the Greater London area.”
