1. [Huichun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Xiaomin Arrested

Ms. Wang Xiaomin was arrested in the Dehuixi Railway Station on May 8, 2017 by officers from the Railway Police Station.

2. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Mr. Qu Guangyi Detained

Mr. Qu Guangyi was arrested on the high speed train from Shenzhen City to Changchun City on the afternoon of May 5, 2017 by officers from the Changchun Railroad Police Office. He is being held in the Weizigou Detention Center in Changchun.

Mr. Qu had been held for four-and-a-half years in Jilin Prison and was released on March 12, 2017.

3. [Tianjin] Ms. Gao Fenglan Sentenced to Two Years

Ms. Gao Fenglan, age 67, was arrested on March 18, 2016 by officers of Chaoyang District for telling others about the persecution of Falun Gong in Huatang, Shilibu, Chaoyang District. She was taken to the Chaoyang Detention Center and sentenced to two years in November, 2016. She is incarcerated at the Fifth Ward, Tianjin Women's Prison.

4. [Jimo City, Shandong Province] Mr. Song Pingnian Detained

Mr. Song Pingnian of Donglu Village, Tianheng Town was arrested on May 3, 2017 by officers from Tianheng Police Station when he was telling others about the persecution of Falun Gong. He is held at Pudong Detention Center.

5. [Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Zhou Guichan Detained

Ms. Zhou Guichan was arrested on the morning of May 8, 2017 in the Zhaoqing City Railroad Station. Her home was ransacked. She is held in the Mugang Police Station.

6. [Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Sun Yezhen Detained

Ms. Sun Yezhen of Xunyang District was arrested on the afternoon of May 5, 2017 for telling people about Falun Gong. She is held at a detention center.

7. [Quyang County, Hebei Province] Ms. Sun Dengxia Detained

Ms. Sun Dengxia was arrested on May 5, 2017 by officers from the Zhuanghuo Township Police Station for putting up Falun Gong posters. She was taken to the county Domestic Security Division and detained for 15 days.

8. [Zhoukou City, Henan Province] Ms. Hu Chun Arrested

Ms. Hu Chun, in her 50s, was arrested on May 7, 2017 by officers from the Jinhai Police Station.

9. [Fuxin City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Liu Guoxiang and Wife Detained

Mr. Liu Guoxiang and his wife Ms. Ji Xiulan of Manduhu Village, Taben Township, Fumeng County were arrested on the afternoon of April 27, 2017 by officers from the Fumeng County Domestic Security Division. Mr. Liu was taken to the Fumeng County Detention Center, and Ms. Ji was taken to the Xindi Detention Center.

10. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Peng Jie Incarcerated

Ms. Peng Jie was arrested on July 22, 2016 and sentenced to three-and-a-half years at the end of 2016. She was transferred to Liaoning Women's Prison on April 26, 2017.

11. [Zhangwu County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Bai Xiuli Detained

Ms. Bai Xiuli of Houxinqiu Town was arrested on May 8, 2017 by local police officers. She was detained for seven days at the Xindi Detention Center.

12. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Eight Practitioners Arrested

Eight practitioners from Lindian County were arrested around May 6, 2017 by officers from the Lindian Police Department. The practitioners are Ms. Wang Yuhong, Ms. Shi Fengyun, Ms. Wang Xuefeng, Ms. Zhang Min, Ms. Yu Liju, Mr. Zhang Wansheng, Mr. Zhang Wanjun, and Ms. Zhang Baolu.
