(Minghui.org) Mr. Tang, a practitioner whose celestial eye is open, has recently been leading a small group of practitioners to various major temples. They claim they are “cleaning up meddling deities behind the Buddha statues in temples and restoring the righteous gods.”

Mr. Tang is a very influential practitioner in the local area. He has never compromised with the authorities, even while imprisoned, and many believe he is quite clear about the Fa principles.

Mr. Tang has shared what he has seen with his celestial eye with many other practitioners. He also comments on what he thinks he has seen and realized about other practitioners' cultivation. In some areas, what Mr. Tang is doing with fellow practitioners is still recognized and praised, and even those at materials production sites have agreed with what this group is doing.

For genuine practitioners, however, it is more important to study the Fa well and diligently pay attention to saving people by clarifying the truth. Some practitioners have attachments that haven’t yet been removed. Being obsessed with what Mr. Tang sees with his celestial eye is one of those attachments.

Some practitioners want to take a shortcut in cultivation by “trying his utmost to protect himself so that he can steadily complete cultivation” before the end of the Fa-rectification. The old forces can manifest false scenes for people trying to see with their celestial eye, leading some practitioners to fail in taking the path Master arranged for them, and leading others to just stay at home studying the Fa and not going out to clarify the truth. They may then end up going to famous temples to “clean up meddling deities behind the Buddha statues.”

Master said,

“Cultivation is the cornerstone of what we do, and saving people is our responsibility. Both of these things need to be done well.” (“Fa Teaching Given at the 2015 New York Fa Conference”)

Regarding cleansing the negative gods from the Buddha statues, Master already spoke very clearly in the article “Disintegrate Completely All the Meddling Deities in the Three Realms that Have a Hand in Interfering with Fa-Rectification” (The Essentials of Diligent Progress, VOL. III). The content on how to send forth righteous thoughts has already covered this, and there is no need for us to spend time doing anything in temples. Moreover, Master has extended our time to cultivate so that all Dafa practitioners can succeed and save more people. We should therefore cherish the present time and follow Master closely.

I hope that practitioners who have taken part in these activities in the temples can calm down, study the Fa, and act in accordance with Master's requirements.
