(Minghui.org) Ms. Wang Suihong, a Falun Dafa practitioner from Jiujinag City, Jiangxi Province, was arrested earlier this year. Her friends, Ms. Tian Haiying and Xiong Shaowen, were arrested in June when they went to visit her in detention.
Ms. Wang has been repeatedly persecuted by the Chinese Communist Party since 1999. She was put in a forced labor camp for three years and imprisoned for six years. She now has no family. Her husband divorced her and her daughter died while she was detained. She was arrested again by the Jiujiang Domestic Security officers for talking to people about Falun Dafa earlier this year.
Ms. Tian and Ms. Xiong went with a lawyer to the domestic security division of the Xunyang District Police Department in Jiujiang City to visit Ms. Wang on June 14, 2018. They requested her release. The police ended up detaining both practitioners and the lawyer. The lawyer was released within 24 hours, but Ms. Tian and Ms. Xiong are still detained. The police also ransacked their homes.
Ms. Tian is in her 50s. She was detained in a forced labor camp three times and imprisoned for three years, from 2014 to 2017.
When Ms. Tian’s family went to visit her at the end of November 2014, they noticed that she was pale. She said she was handcuffed behind her back and hung up for a long time with feet barely touching the ground. She said it was extremely painful. Two inmates monitored her constantly and prevented her from sleeping. She was forced to watch brainwashing programs slandering Dafa.
When her family went to visit her again at the beginning of January 2015, the prison instructor would not allow them to see her, because she had not given up her belief in Falun Dafa.
