1. [Beijing] Ms. Lu Fenglan Detained

Ms. Lu Fenglan from the Pinggu District was arrested by officers from Jinhaihu Police Station on October 25, 2019. She is being held in Pinggu Detention Center.

2. [Yitong County, Jilin Province] Mr. Zhang Zhen Officially Arrested

Mr. Zhang Zhen, 75, was arrested on November 1, 2019, for talking to people about Falun Gong. He was officially placed under arrest by Yitong County Procuratorate in recent days.

3. [Baicheng City, Jilin Province] Ms. Qi Fengzhen Facing Trial

Ms. Qi Fengzhen was arrested by Railway police at Baicheng Train Station in late September 2019. She is scheduled for trial at Railway Court in Changchun City on December 5.

4. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Qian Gentai and his wife Ms. Zhang Xingji, of Korean ethnicity, from the Erdao District, were arrested at their home by Erdao police and officers from Heshun Street Police Station in late August 2019.

Ms. Li Yueying was arrested on November 20, and taken to Weizigou Detention Center.

Mr. Bai Yufu, from Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province, became displaced to avoid persecution. He was arrested in Changchun City, Jilin Province on December 3.

5. [Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Tang Guangbi Detained

Ms. Tang Guangbi from Longfeng Town was arrested by officers from Tongji Town Police Station on the morning of December 3, 2019, for distributing Falun Gong materials. She was taken to Pengzhou City Detention Center.

6. [Shouguang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhen Yongmei Arrested

Ms. Zhen Yongmei from Shouguang City No. 1 Middle School was arrested by officers from Shouguang Domestic Security Division and Shengcheng Police Station on the morning of December 4, 2019. Her home was ransacked.

7. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Liang Suzhen’s Case Submitted to Procuratorate

Ms. Liang Suzhen from Pingdu City was arrested on August 28, 2019. Her case was submitted to Pingdu Procuratorate on December 1.

8. [Yunfu City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Zhang Lulan Taken to Prison

Ms. Zhang Lulan from Luoding City was sentenced to a one-year prison term, and taken to Guangzhou Women's Prison.

9. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Li Yuwei and Ms. Yu Qingqing Detained

Ms. Li Yuwei, 61, and Ms. Yu Qingqing were arrested in 2018. They are being held in Nanzhou Detention Center, Zhuhai District.

10. [Xiong County, Hebei Province] Ms. Liu Bohui Detained

Ms. Liu Bohui was recently arrested, and is being held in Bazhou Detention Center.

11. [Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] Mr. Yang Jianlu and His Wife Ms. Wang Huijun Arrested

Mr. Yang Jianlu and his wife Ms. Wang Huijun from Banpo Street, Xuanhua County, were arrested by officers from Jianguo Street Police Station on the afternoon of December 3, 2019, for talking to people about Falun Gong. Falun Dafa books, photos of the founder of Falun Gong, and Falun Gong calendars were confiscated.

Mr. Wang Dianxun was arrested in mid-November 2019, and taken to Xixie Detention Center for 15 days. He was transferred to Ye County Detention Center on November 30, and has been on a hunger strike since then.

13. [Jingmen City, Hubei Province] Ms. Lu Chaoxiu Arrested

Ms. Lu Chaoxiu was arrested on the morning of December 2, 2019. Her whereabouts are unknown.

14. [Shaodong County, Hunan Province] Ms. Wang Xuezu and Mr. Wang Fuzu Held in Brainwashing Center

Ms. Wang Xuezu and Mr. Wang Fuzu from Shuidongjiang Township were arrested, and taken to Wanzhu Village Committee Brainwashing Center.

15. [Guiyang City, Guizhou Province] Mr. Zhang Yuangang Detained

Mr. Zhang Yuangang was arrested on November 8 when visiting Guiyang City on business. He is being held in Nanming District Detention Center.

16. [Qingyuan County, Liaoning Province] Cases of Ms. Ma Fengju and Ms. Liu Yunying Submitted to Procuratorate

Ms. Ma Fengju and Ms. Liu Yunying were arrested by officers from Henan Police Station on September 25, 2019, for distributing Falun Gong materials. They were taken to Fushun City Detention Center.

Their cases were submitted to Wanghua District Procuratorate in Fushun City on October 30.

Ms. Jin Hong and Ms. Yu Shuiqing from the Tiexi District were arrested by officers from Xinggong Police Station on the afternoon of December 4, 2019. Their homes were ransacked.

18. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Bai Yufu and His Wife Ms. Zhang Lixin Arrested

Mr. Bai Yufu and his wife Ms. Zhang Lixin were arrested by officers from Chengnan Police Station at Ms. Zhang’s younger sister’s home in Zhangwu County on the evening of December 3, 2019.

19. [Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Gao Ailing and Ms. Wang Junyue Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Gao Ailing and Ms. Wang Junyue from Jiayin County were tried in Youhao District Court on November 28, 2019. Both practitioners were sentenced to eight-year prison terms.

Ms. Wang and Ms. Gao were arrested on May 8 and 12, 2019, respectively. They were held in Yichun City Detention Center.
