(Minghui.org) Practitioners in Finland introduced Falun Gong and exposed the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) persecution of the spiritual practice at Kamppi Center center, a business district in central Helsinki on Saturday, December 21, 2019. Many people, doing Christmas shopping, had an opportunity to learn about Falun Gong.

Helsinki locals sign a petition calling for an end to the persecution.
Colin and Siiri from Rome approached the Falun Gong booth. Siiri had heard about the persecution of Falun Gong, so she signed the petition right away. It was the first time Colin had heard of Falun Gong. He was appalled to hear about the CCP’s atrocity of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners. He took a copy of the magazine with an article on this topic and planned to read it.
Markus, a local resident, walked straight to the Falun Gong booth to sign the petition. A passerby happened to be thinking about signing the petition, but was hesitating. Markus said to the passerby, “I’m not afraid. I am glad to support them.” He said he had been watching news from around the world, and knew about the CCP’s crimes against Falun Gong in detail. He told a practitioner, “The Chinese government abuses innocent people because of its political goals.”
Lia, a local resident, told a practitioner that she had seen Falun Gong activities in the Netherlands, and had already signed a petition. Her friends Maja from Sweden and Samuel from the Netherlands happened to be with her. They signed the petition. They wanted to do something to help Falun Gong practitioners.
