1. [Xingyang City, Henan Province] Ms. Zhang Xiaorong Arrested

Ma Jichang, head of the Xingyang City Domestic Security Division, an officer named Wang Lijian, and a few others brought in a locksmith to unlock Ms. Zhang Xiaorong's door on the afternoon of May 13, 2019. She was arrested.

Ms. Zhang's husband Mr. Li Qinjun, was sentenced to prison for practicing Falun Gong. He is still being held in Xinmi Prison.

2. [Kaiyuan City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Zhang Huiyi Held in Custody—Three Practitioners' Homes Ransacked

Mr. Zhang Huiyi from Xiafeidi Township was arrested on May 4, 2019. He has been held in the Kaiyuan City Detention Center.

The homes of Mr. Zeng Fansheng, Mr. Guan Zhifeng, and Mr. Liu Tiansheng were ransacked, and their Falun Dafa books and photos of the founder of Falun Gong were confiscated. Mr. Guan was extorted of 3,000 yuan.

3. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yan Xiufen's Home Ransacked

Eight uniformed and plainclothes officers broke into Ms. Yan Xiufen's home in Zhangqiu District on the afternoon of May 13, 2019. They ransacked her home and confiscated Falun Dafa books and printed materials. The other five people in her home were allowed to leave after the officers verified their identities.

4. [Zhangjiakou Citiy, Hebei Province] Ms. Huai Dianying Taken Into Custody

Ms. Huai Dianying from Chicheng County was arrested and taken to the Chengguan Police Station on the morning of May 15, 2019. The police ransacked her home and confiscated Falun Dafa books and a computer. Ms. Huai was taken to the Zhangjiakou Detention Center.

5. [Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Xiuzhi Arrested

Ms. Wang Xiuzhi was arrested when she was talking to others about Falun Gong on May 12, 2019.

6. [Fuxin City, Liaoning Province] Six or Seven Practitioners Arrested

Six or seven practitioners were arrested when they were studying the Falun Gong teachings at home on May 7, 2019. They were taken to the Haizhou Police Department. A practitioner with the last name Guo, in his/her sixties, was detained. The other practitioners have returned home.

7. [Shenzhou City, Hebei Province] Several Practitioners' Homes Ransacked

About 20 people including officers from the Xinqu Police Station and village officials broke into a female practitioner Xiaoju's home in Donglang Village on the afternoon of May 14, 2019. They confiscated a computer, a printer, and Falun Dafa books. Xiaoju was not at home at the time, and has now become displaced.

The group of police and officials also went to Ms. Meng Jun'ai's home in the same village to harass her.

The officers then went to Ms. Meng Xiaoduo's home in Xilang Village and ransacked it. They confiscated a notebook computer, a printer, and Falun Dafa books. Ms. Meng was arrested, and was released before midnight.

8. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Wenjuan Taken Into Custody

Ms. Liu Wenjuan and another practitioner with the last name Li, from Zhifu District, were arrested by officers from the Fu'an Police Station on May 10, 2019. They were taken for medical examinations on May 11. Practitioner Li returned home on May 11. Ms. Liu is being held in the Fushan Detention Center.

9. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Yu Shaoping Arrested

Ms. Yu Shaoping, a retired teacher from the Beijie Primary School, Dayi County, was arrested by officers from the Jinyuan Town Police Station at noon on May 14, 2019.

10. [Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] Ms. Hang Shizhen and Four Other Practitioners in Wanquan Town Arrested

Ms. Hang Shizhen and Ms. Wang Xiulan, from Wanquan Town, were intercepted and beaten by the police when they were hanging Falun Gong banners on May 12, 2019. Four of Ms. Hang's front teeth were knocked out. She was almost suffocated when she was beaten, and was injured from the beating. She was later taken to the Wanquan Town Police Station. Both practitioners were taken to the city's detention center the following afternoon. The detention center refused to admit them after they failed the physical exam. They were taken home by their families.

Ms. Duan Xiuguo kept vomiting the night she was arrested, and the police released her to avoid being held responsible.

Mr. Liang Fu and another male practitioner from Xuanpingbao Township were arrested. All of their Falun Dafa books and photos of the founder of Falun Gong were confiscated. Mr. Liang remains in custody, the other practitioner was released.

11. [Lechang City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Hu Aihui Taken to Brainwashing Center

Mr. Hu Aihui was arrested when he was talking to others about Falun Gong on the morning of April 21, 2019. He was taken to the Shanshui Brainwashing Center on May 6. His home was ransacked.

12. [Yingtan City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Sun Xianlan and Husband Mr. Li Yingen Detained

Ms. Sun Xianlan and her husband Mr. Li Yingen from the Liujiazhan area, Yujiang County, were arrested and taken to the Yujiang District Police Department by officers from the Liuken Police Station on the morning of May 10, 2019. They were later taken to the Yingtan City Detention Center for 15 days of administrative detention.

13. [Shantou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Wu Peijuan Detained

Ms. Wu Peijuan was arrested by officers from the Guangxia Police Station when she was distributing Falun Gong materials on the evening of May 12, 2019. She was detained for five days.

14. [Pingdingshan City, Henan Province] Ms. Yang Hui and Her Mother Arrested

Ms. Yang Hui and her mother were arrested at home on May 14, 2019.

15. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Ms. He Lifang Force-Fed

Ms. He Lifang from Changzhiyuan Village, Bei'an Neighborhood, Jimo District, was deceived into going to the Bei'an Police Station to apply for her National ID card on May 5, 2019. She is being held in the Pudong Detention Center, where she is force-fed every day.

16. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Yang Lihua Sentenced to Five-Year Prison Term

Ms. Yang Lihua from Dajing Road, Nanguan District, was arrested and taken to a detention center on March 7, 2018. She was sentenced to five years in prison on May 10, 2019.

17. [Tianjin] Ms. Liu Lixiang Taken Into Custody

Ms. Liu Lixiang was arrested and taken to the Zhaojiadi Detention Center by officers from the Hujiayuan Street Police Station, Binhai New Area, on the afternoon of May 16, 2019.

18. [Pingliang City, Gansu Province] Ms. Li Ya Detained

Ms. Li Ya from Huating County has been missing since May 8, 2019, when she was doing odd jobs in Lanzhou City. It was recently reported that she was being held in the Qilihe Detention Center in Lanzhou City, for 15 days of detention.

19. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Shan Qinshu Faces Trial

Ms. Shan Qinshu was arrested at home by Song Zhenghe, an officer from the Sujiatun District Domestic Security Division, on December 8, 2018. She is facing trial.

20. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Ye Xiaofen Detained

Ms. Ye Xiaofen, in her sixties, was arrested and taken to the Donghu Police Station by plainclothes officers when she was talking to others about Falun Gong on March 31, 2019. She was later transferred to the Wuhan City No. 1 Detention Center for 17 days of detention.
