Ms. Wang Shuxian was arrested by officers from the Fenhe City Domestic Security Division and the Dongning City Second Police Station on August 21, 2019. She is being held in the Jiangnan Detention Center in Mudanjiang City.

Ms. Zhang Xiuchun was arrested by officers from the Fendou Police Station in the Qianjin District on July 27, 2019. Her Falun Gong books were confiscated. She has been formally arrested, and is being held in the Jiamusi City Detention Center.

Mr. Yu Chunxing is incarcerated in the 4^th team of the 3^rd ward in Dabei Prison. The team leader instigated inmates to abuse him, and he is not allowed to bathe.

7. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Mr. Gao Jinping Arrested

Mr. Gao Jinping, 73, who is retired from the Baoding City Cotton Factory, was arrested by Baoding Police Department officers on the morning of August 23, 2019.

8. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Several Practitioners Detained

Ms. Zhang Yun, Ms. Ma Surui, Ms. Chen Xianhua, Ms. Zhang Zhiqing, Ms. Xue Wenling, and others from the Luquan District were arrested by officers from the Luquan Police Department on the afternoon of August 15, 2019, when they were reading Falun Gong books in Ms. Chen’s home.

Ms. Zhang Zhiqing and Ms. Xue are being held in the Jingxing County Mining Area Detention Center. Ms. Zhang Yun, Ms. Ma, and Ms. Chen are being held in the Shijiazhuang Second Detention Center.

Ms. Wang Xiuzhen and Ms. Liu Guijuan from the Kaiping District were arrested by officers from the Zhengzhuangzi Police Station on the morning of August 21, 2019, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. They were taken to a detention center.

10. [Wuyang County, Henan Province] Ms. Han Shuping and Ms. Wang Zhenhua Detained

Ms. Han Shuping and Ms. Wang Zhenhua were arrested by officers from the Xiping County Domestic Security Division in Zhumadian City and the Wuyang County Police Department on August 12, 2019. Their homes were ransacked.

Ms. Han and Ms. Wang are being held in the Zhumadian Women’s Detention Center.

11. [Jiaozhou City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Facing Trial

Ms. Zhou Minglan from Jiaozhou City were to be tried in the Huangdao District Court in Qingdao City on the morning of August 27, 2019. The court is located in the Pudong Detention Center.

The Huangdao District Court will try Mr. Du Zhaocai and his wife Ms. Wu Ruifang from Jiaolai Town, Jiaozhou, on the morning of August 28, in the Pudong Detention Center.

Mr. Du is being held in the Jiaozhou Detention Center, while Ms. Wu is being held in the Second Center of the Pudong Detention Center.

Ms. Xin Honglan was arrested by officers from the Shuhuangding Police Station on August 22, 2019, for talking to people in the Shuhuangding Hospital about the persecution of Falun Gong. She is being held in the Fushan Detention Center.

Ms. Qin Jindi was arrested by officers from the Xinqiao Police Station on August 16, 2019. She is being held in the Zhenjiang City Detention Center.

15. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Fan Danju Detained

Ms. Fan Danju was arrested by officers from the Dunkou Police Station in the Hanyang District on January 27, 2018, after she was reported to the authorities for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. Ms. Fan was detained for 15 days in the Wuhan City First Women’s Detention Center.

Officer Meng Xiangsheng and Feng from the Dunkou Police Station ransacked her home and confiscated Falun Gong books.

16. [Chibi City, Hubei Province] Mr. Mei Shuqing Imprisoned

Mr. Mei Shuqing was arrested in the Caidian District in April, 2018. He was sentenced to a three-and-a-half-year prison term in November, 2018.

Mr. Mei is incarcerated in Fanjiatai Prison, Shayang County.

17. [Songzi City, Hubei Province] Mr. She Yuanqi Arrested

Mr. She Yuanqi, over 50 years old, from Xinjiangkou Town, Songzi City, was arrested at home by officers from Yidu City on the afternoon of August 19, 2019. His home was ransacked.

18. [Hengyang County, Hunan Province] Mr. Liu Liangsong Detained

Mr. Liu Liangsong, 70, was arrested by officers from the Hengyang County Police Department on the morning of August 22, 2019, after being reported to the authorities for talking to people in the county capital about the persecution of Falun Gong. The officers took him to the police department and confiscated his Falun Gong materials, cell phone, and other personal belongings.

Mr. Liu is being held in a county detention center for 13 days.

19. [Kunming City, Yunnan Province] Ms. He Guizhen Detained

Ms. He Guizhen, 77, was arrested by domestic security division officers on the afternoon of August 11, 2019, after being seen on surveillance cameras distributing Falun Gong fliers. Her Falun Gong books and a picture of Falun Gong's founder were confiscated.

Ms. He is being held in the Kunming City Detention Center.

20. [Qianxi County, Guizhou Province] Update on Mr. Liu Zhongmin

Mr. Liu Zongmin was arrested on July 11, 2019. He was held in the Qianxi County Detention Center before being transferred to the Qixingguan District Detention Center in Bijie City, Guizhou Province, on August 15.

21. [Luzhou City, Sichuan Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Gou Zhenqun from Texing Town was arrested by officers from the Zhaoya Police Station on the evening of August 2, 2019. He was held in the Lu County Detention Center for 15 days before being transferred to the Naxi District Detention Center in Luzhou City.

Ms. Deng Wanying, Ms. Lei Huanying, and Ms. Luo Taihui, from Texing were arrested on the morning of August 21 while working in their own shops. Their whereabouts are unknown.

22. [Baoji City, Shaanxi Province] Mr. Luo Yanting and His Wife Ms. Wang Baozhen Arrested

Mr. Luo Yanting and his wife Ms. Wang Baozhen were arrested by officers from the Shilipu Police Station on the morning of August 20, 2019. Ms. Wang was later released. Mr. Luo is still in custody.

23. [Qingcheng County, Gansu Province] Ms. Zhang Gaiqin Detained

Ms. Zhang Gaiqin from Qingcheng County was arrested by officers from the Yima Police Station, Pengyuan Police Station in the Xinfeng District, and agents from Nanjimiao Village in Yima Town on August 20, 2019. She is being held in the Qingcheng Detention Center.
