(Minghui.org) Recently, it has been getting harder and harder to bypass China's internet firewall to access truthful, uncensored information. The anti-censorship software has to be upgraded more often than ever before. However, as a Falun Dafa practitioner, I know that nothing is coincidental—everything is related to our cultivation. Here I'd like to share my thoughts about bypassing the internet firewall.
I haven't been able to access certain websites as I normally would have for a few days. I tried many different versions of the anti-censorship software, and at the same time I reinforced sending forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil behind China's internet censorship.
Every time I saw an indication that the software version might work, I became a little excited, only to find the version fail to work and myself disappointed. When I tried different versions, my emotions and heart oscillated back and forth.
Then I started to think from the perspective of cultivation: was it because my attachment to the software made the situation worse? I was fully dependent on the software to bypass the internet, but shouldn't I try to simply break the barrier by sending forth righteous thoughts?
I recalled what happened many years ago when the anti-censorship software was not as advanced as today. A practitioner simply used the basic version of Freegate (software that enables internet users to view websites blocked by their governments) to successfully download a large video file without any interruptions. It would have been impossible without Master's help and the practitioner's pure and strong righteous thought.
It dawned on me that one of the reasons that the internet censorship has been getting harder to break through might be that we practitioners in China, as a whole, have developed an attachment to the software and that the attachment has been taken advantage of by the old forces. Our attachment may have made the situation worse.
I just wanted to share these thoughts of mine as a reminder for us practitioners to work together and remove any attachment to the anti-censorship software. I hope we can soon break through the internet firewall.
