Do Our Very Best to Save People

(Minghui.org) In his new article “Wake Up,” Master told us that “The Fa’s rectification of the Cosmos has finished.”

I feel that what Master talked about in this new article is beyond the comprehension of many practitioners. In my personal understanding, the cultivation of Dafa disciples is synchronized with Master’s Fa-rectification. If “The Fa’s rectification of the Cosmos has finished,” then Dafa disciples should have reached godhood.

But too many fellow practitioners are going through the motions when they do the three things, as they are living everyday people’s lives and not changing their human mindsets. This is prominently manifested in their understanding of the vaccine mandate issue.

For many practitioners, we have not needed to seek medical care since we took up cultivation because we have become healthy thanks to the practice of Falun Dafa. As such, some practitioners would rather give up their jobs or schooling than get the shots, especially given that some practitioner-run media channels doubted the effectiveness of the vaccines and that there were reports of vaccinated people having to be hospitalized or even dying as a result of the side effects.

Such practitioners took their resistance to the vaccine mandate as a manifestation of righteous thoughts or of having faith in Master and Dafa. This, in fact, created a big hurdle for themselves and for others. And many struggled along the way.

For some of them, they had a hard time comprehending the Fa when they saw in the latest scripture, “while others have adamantly refused to get vaccinated. In either case, you should stop and ask yourself whether you are living up to the title of “Dafa Disciple.””

They were puzzled: “Why did Master say that?” Many still held onto their attachments and looked for words in Master’s teachings to support their ideas. Some cited the sentence from “The Sixth Talk” in Zhuan Falun to justify themselves: “One practitioner who went for treatment found that the needle of the syringe wouldn’t pierce his skin, and several needles even bent in the process; the contents of the final syringe even squirted out without it having pierced his skin.”

Personally, I think we should not use the Fa as an excuse to cling to our own perceptions (behind which lie a powerful ego and selfishness), but to completely change our postnatally-formed notions and assimilate ourselves to the Fa.

Master also said:

“You’re too afraid of that bad energy. If it comes, you’re able to dissolve it, to dissolve it into primordial qi for your use.” (Teachings Given on Lantern Festival Day, 2003)

Were we too afraid of that vaccine? When it was mandated, people might not have understood why so many practitioners refused to get it. This might have caused them to misunderstand us and hindered them from being saved. Maybe because it was so serious, Master made it crystal clear for us. I feel Master’s compassion in the new article. We all know that most people in the world came from higher realms. We should try our best to save them and not leave them behind.
