1. [Baishan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Wu Xiuqin Sentenced to Four Years in Prison

Ms. Wu Xiuqin from Jingyu County was arrested by officers from the Jingyu County Police Department on June 8, 2021. She was sentenced to four years in prison and fined 2000 yuan by the Baishan City Court on November 18, 2021.

2. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Ms. Jiang Zhaoying and Ms. Liu Tifei Sentenced

Ms. Jiang Zhaoying and Ms. Liu Tifei from the Luyang District were recently sentenced by the Shushan District Court. Ms. Jiang was sentenced to one year in prison and fined 2000 yuan. Her term ends on January 20, 2022. Ms. Liu Tifei was sentenced to probation and was fined 1000 yuan.

3. [Tianjin] Ms. Dong Yuling Sentenced

Ms. Dong Yuling, 52, lives in Daying Village, Dawangguzhuang Town, Wuqing District. She was repeatedly harassed by the town police officers in 2021. She was tried and sentenced in the Yangcun Court on May 26, 2021, and was held in the Tianjin Women’s Prison for several months.

4. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Ning Hong Sentenced to Three Years in Prison

Ms. Ning Hong was sentenced to three years in prison and fined 5000 yuan by the Pengzhou City Court in March 2021. At that time, the term was to be executed outside prison.

Ms. Ning was subjected to a physical exam on August 23, 2021, and taken to the Pi County Detention Center. Because she refused to give up practicing Falun Gong, she was not allowed to see her family and was threatened with being sent to the Sichuan Province Women’s Prison.

5. [Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province] Ms. He Xiaoqin Taken to a Brainwashing Center

Ms. He Xiaoqin lives in Leiyin Village, Tianpeng Town. She was harassed at home by village chief Cheng Zhengjun and local police officers on December 1, 2021. After she refused to sign a guarantee statement, she was taken to the Pengzhou Brainwashing Center. Her fingerprints on a guarantee statement were secured by force.

6. [Changde City, Hunan Province] Ms. Yang Biqiong and Ms. Zhang Yaomei Arrested

Ms. Yang Biqiong and Ms. Zhang Yaomei were arrested on a bus by Furong Police Station officers in the Wuling District on the morning of November 25, 2021. After the police discovered that the women were carrying many truth clarifying booklets, they took them to the police station and detained them for 15 days. Ms. Yang Biqiong was held in the Changde City Detention House. Ms. Zhang Yaomei was detained at her home because she’s over 70.

7. [Nanchong City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Zhao Deqiong Harassed

Ms. Zhao Deqiong from the Shunqing District was harassed at home by staff members of the Shiyou Community on the morning of November 26, 2021. She was pressured to sign a document. When she refused, her husband was pressured to sign it on her behalf.

8. [Meishan City, Sichuan Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Wang, Ms. Liang, and Ms. Liu, all in their 80s, were taken to the Dongpo District Police Department and then to the procuratorate on November 24, 2021. They were threatened with being put in a detention center. When each one refused to sign a guarantee statement, their family members were called in and signed the statements on their behalf. The women were released later that day.

9. [Changsha City, Hunan Province] Ms. Yang Hong Arrested and Detained

Ms. Yang Hong, 65, was reported to the police for using paper currency with Falun Gong messages printed on the bills in a market on November 25, 2021. Police chief Wu Banmin and other Muyun Police Station officers arrested her at home in the afternoon. None of the officers wore their uniforms during the arrest. Because Ms. Yang’s husband protested her arrest, they arrested him as well even though he didn't practice Falun Gong himself.

Ms. Yang refused to answer any questions when the police interrogated her at the station. She was locked up in a metal cage. The police took her husband back their home and raided it the next day. They confiscated 40 Falun Gong books, over 200 copies of Minghui Weekly, and three Falun Gong exercise music tapes. Her husband was held for over 10 hours and then released. Ms. Yang was taken to the hospital for a physical exam on November 30 and admitted to the Changsha City No.4 Detention Center. Her husband was forced to pay a 2,000-yuan fine for her detention.

10. [Meizhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Wu Xiaolan Arrested

Ms. Wu Xiaolan from Xingning City was arrested in Foshan City on September 2, 2021. She has been held in Foshan Prison ever since.

11. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Zhou Guanghua Harassed

Ms. Zhou Guanghua lives in Xingquan Village, Aoping Town, Pengzhou City. She was harassed at home by town official Yang Shaoqi and local police officers on December 1, 2021. They grabbed her hands and forced her to fingerprint a guarantee statement.

12. [Kaifeng City, Henan Province] Ms. Yang Hefang Arrested

Ms. Yang Hefang from the Bishuilancheng Community was arrested on the morning of November 25, 2021. Her home was ransacked. She is being held in the Kaifeng City Detention Center.

13. [Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province] Mr. Wang Yun on the Wanted List

Mr. Wang Yun lives in Xiaozhujia Village, Baichigan Town. He was arrested numerous times and was sentenced to three years in prison. To avoid further persecution, Mr. Wang had to leave home and move frequently. In October 2021 the Zhuozhou Police Department put his name on the wanted list and offered a 10,000 yuan reward.

14. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Xiufeng and Mr. Jia Fengzhong Arrested and Detained

Ms. Wang Xiufeng, 59, lives in Shijiakou Village, Xisanli Township, Zunhua City. She was arrested at home by Miao Aidong, head of the Zunhua City Domestic Security Division, and other officers on October 15, 2021. Her home was ransacked. Her personal belongings, including Falun Gong books, a printer, etc., were confiscated Her husband and her son, who are not practitioners, were also arrested. Her husband was released that evening. Her son was released the following evening. Ms. Wang was taken to the No.1 Detention Center of Tangshan City on the morning of October 17, 2021.

Mr. Jia Fengzhong, around 60, lives in Jianming Town, Zunhua City. Twelve people from the village office, the town police station, and the city police department ransacked his home on October 15, 2021, and confiscated two Falun Gong books, truth clarifying materials, and 300 to 400 yuan in paper bills with facts about Falun Gong printed on them. Mr. Jia was arrested and taken to the Zunhua City Detention Center.

15. [Yanji City, Jilin Province] Ms. Jin Huixin and Ms. Tai Zhenzi Face Trial

Ms. Jin Huixin and Ms. Taizhenzi, both 77, will be tried in the Yanji City Court at 9 a.m., December 6, 2021.

16. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhao Guiping and Ms. Zhao Guiyan Arrested

Ms. Zhao Guiping and Ms. Zhao Guiyan from Qianxi County were arrested by Sahe Police Station officers in Qianxi County on the morning of November 30, 2021. After a physical exam, Ms. Zhao Guiyan was taken to the Qianxi County Detention House and Ms. Zhao Guiping was released.

17. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Yan Lijuan Arrested and Detained

Ms. Yan Lijuan was arrested by officers from the East Railway Police Station in the Erdao District on November 19, 2021. She was detained for 10 days in the Weizigou Detention House and then taken to the No.4 Detention Center on November 30. She is still there.

18. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Four Practitioners Harassed and Arrested

Ms. Wang Guilan, Mr. Ma Shuguang, Wang Nai (gender unknown), and Gao (first name and gender unknown), live in Wangcun Town in the Zhoucun District. They were arrested together on November 11, 2021, but were later released on bail pending trial. The four were recently called to the town judicial office and questioned.

19. [Xinxiang City, Henan Province] Mr. Hu Bin and His Wife Ms. Li Yulan Face Trial

Several officers from the Chengjiao Township Police Station in Weihui City broke into Mr. Hu Bin’s home and ransacked it on the morning of June 18, 2021. Mr. Hu Bin, 53, and his wife Ms. Li Yulan, 52, were arrested. Mr. Hu has been held in the Weihui City Detention Center while his wife Ms. Li has been detained in Xinxiang City. They will soon be tried.

20. [Langfang City, Hebei Province] Mr. Liu Zhoubo and Cao Wen Arrested

Mr. Liu Zhoubo and Cao Wen were arrested on November 19, 2021. Their homes were ransacked. They are currently detained in a brainwashing center.

21. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Xu Suqing Tried in Court

Elderly Ms. Xu Suqing was tried online by the Linghai City Court on November 19, 2021. Her family members were not allowed to attend.
