(Minghui.org) On April 25, 2021, Falun Gong practitioners of the central region of Japan held an event in the prosperous area “Sakae” of Nagoya City to commemorate the April 25 appeal, which happened 22 years ago.
Practitioners did the Falun Gong exercises near the water fountain of Sakae in the morning. They distributed Falun Gong (also called Falun Dafa) informational materials to expose the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) persecution of Falun Gong, and collected signatures calling for an end to the persecution.

Currently, most foreign students in Japan are from Vietnam. There are also more and more Vietnamese Falun Gong practitioners. When they visit Sakae, Vietnamese practitioners would clarify the truth about Falun Gong, and distribute Falun Gong informational materials.
Duy, a Vietnamese practitioner, took the initiative to talk with several Vietnamese girls. She told them about the persecution of Falun Gong in China and the CCP’s crimes of organ harvesting from illegally detained Falun Gong practitioners. These girls signed the petition and accepted origami lotus flowers as gifts.

In the afternoon, practitioners went to the Chinese Consulate in Nagoya to protest peacefully. They demanded that the CCP immediately stop persecuting Falun Gong, and its organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners.
Among practitioners were sisters Ms. Sasaki, who drove more than two hours to Nagoya. Both of them have been practicing Falun Gong for more than 20 years.
Ms. Sasaki said, “Every year on April 25, I participate in a parade organized by Falun Gong practitioners. But there are no parades this year given the CCP virus (coronavirus). As soon as I heard that there was a protest in front of the Chinese Consulate in Nagoya, I came. I demand that the CCP to immediately stop the persecution, stop the forced organ harvesting, and restore the founder of Falun Gong’s reputation!”
