(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioners gathered on Munggu Beach in Bali on March 20, 2022, a beautiful Sunday afternoon, to demonstrate the five Falun Gong exercises.
After doing the exercises, they talked to beach-goers about the physical and mental health benefits of the practice and about the ongoing persecution of practitioners in China. Many tourists signed a petition to support practitioners and demand that the Chinese communist regime end the persecution.

Falun Gong, also known as Falun Dafa, was first taught to the public in China in 1992. Practitioners are taught to follow the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance in their everyday lives and do the five simple exercises that help improve their mental and physical fitness. The practice is welcomed by people from all walks of life and practiced in more than 100 countries and regions.
On July 20, 1999, Chinese leader Jiang Zemin launched the persecution of Falun Gong and vowed to eliminate the practice within three months. Millions of practitioners have since been arrested, illegally sentenced, and tortured in prisons and forced labor camps. Practitioners around the world have worked tirelessly to raise awareness of the persecution and ask for support from the international community to help end the persecution in China.
