Effectively Clarifying the Truth with Righteous Thoughts

(Minghui.org) Since 2020, COVID-19 has been raging around the world. I felt that this virus was a warning from heaven about humanity’s moral corruption.

At the outbreak of the pandemic, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) took extreme measures, such as blocking the entrances to cities, buildings, and villages. Seeing this every day, I was panicking. Then I studied the Fa, sent forth righteous thoughts, and visited the Minghui website every day. It helped me keep up with the progress of Fa-rectification. I soon calmed down, stopped panicking, and my righteous thoughts got stronger. I also started to transcribe Zhuan Falun, the main book of Falun Dafa, to help me study the Fa more diligently. Guided by Dafa, my fear about the pandemic disappeared, and I understood why the pandemic broke out.

In March 2020, Master Li’s new lecture “Stay Rational” was published on the Minghui website. I quickly memorized it. I better understood that the pandemic is here to eliminate the evil CCP and its members. It has nothing to do with good people. In every Fa lecture, Master asks us to save more people. As a Dafa practitioner, we should tell people the best way to avoid the plague during this pandemic.

Our staff members at work were directed to check people’s temperatures and register them as they passed through the intersections. There’s usually less traffic and not very busy at noon, so I decided to clarify the truth to my colleagues on duty then so they could be saved during the pandemic.

My colleagues are young, and I rarely clarified the truth to people in their 20s. I usually talked to older people or those my age. I felt it was not easy to communicate with young people. In fact, this was an obstacle caused by my own notions. There is no age limit for Master to teach Dafa to save people.

I gave one female co-worker a ride to work every day, so I decided to start with her. I told her that the virus was here to eliminate the CCP, that its members will suffer, and that only by quitting the CCP can one avoid disaster. I also told her to remember, “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good,” so the virus would not dare to come near her. In addition, I encouraged her to quit the CCP. She stopped playing the game on her cell phone and listened to me. She quit the CCP organizations she had joined—the Youth League and the Young Pioneers.

Another colleague is a young man whose father is the village Party secretary, a typical “benefit gainer” with the CCP. Therefore, his family circumstances are good, and he drives a BMW to work. I hesitated for a few days before clarifying the truth to him. Then he asked me to give him a ride to work one day. We chatted and got closer. On another day we were the only two on duty. I asked him if he would like to know a good way to avoid the pandemic. He immediately said, “Yes, please let me know.” I said, “Just remember these nine words: ‘Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good,’ and you can avoid the pandemic and will be blessed. Don’t believe the CCP’s slander of Falun Dafa on TV. Falun Dafa advocates Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance and teaches people to be good. Don’t believe the CCP, as it is deceptive and unreliable.” He agreed and said, “I know. I am not against Falun Dafa, and I have even read Falun Dafa booklets.” He agreed to recite the nine words and gladly quit the CCP.

At the beginning of last year, I told a vendor, “The pandemic is spreading so fast, and there is nothing human intervention can do about it. But there is one good way to avoid it. Just remember the nine words, ‘Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good,’ and you can escape it.” He quickly agreed. I also told him to quit the CCP organizations to be safe. He said, “The CCP is really bad. I won’t join it. I am not a Party member.” I helped him quit the Youth League and Young Pioneers that he had joined. I also gave him a new year’s calendar. He was very happy and thanked me many times.

One day, I went to the grocery store and saw a woman in her 50s, hunched over with a sad face. At first, I didn’t plan to clarify the truth to her. However, when I walked out of the store and saw her again, I knew she must be predestined for me to meet, so I went over to her and said, “I would like to tell you a good way to be safe. Now the virus is severe and spreading so fast. The government has taken all kinds of measures to deal with it, such as locking down roads and buildings, but the pandemic can’t be stopped by human means. People just want a way to stay safe. The best way to escape the pandemic is to recite the nine words, ‘Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.’ It’s a panacea. It is like an amulet that can protect and bless people. Please remember them.” She repeated the phrases and then I helped her quit the CCP. By this time, her face and eyes had brightened, as if she was a different person.

These are just a few of my experiences of clarifying the truth to people during the pandemic. I understand that, as long as we follow Master’s requirements, be more diligent in Fa study, hold strong righteous thoughts, and be compassionate to everyone we meet, the results will be good when we clarify the truth. People these days tend to be more receptive to the truth, as everyone wants to be safe in the face of catastrophe.
