(Minghui.org) In China, face-to-face truth-clarification remains the most critical part in our efforts to save people. But in recent years, with the advancement of technology, many practitioners have turned to automated phone calls for truth-clarification.
They argue that it’s safer and easier to do so and that they are still doing their part in clarifying the truth. With the convenience provided by technology, they spend more time on their everyday lives, instead of thinking about how to better clarify the truth to people face-to-face.
There are also some practitioners who still can’t overcome their fear of being reported to the police if they talk to people face-to-face, so they feel that making automated phone calls helps them to accomplish their goal of saving people.
Our purpose for living in this world is to assimilate to Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, cultivate ourselves, return to our origin and save people. Everything we do is for this. Throughout history, all spiritual cultivators strived to do better in their cultivation until they finally reached consummation.
To reiterate, we exist to cultivate ourselves and save people, not for the purpose of enjoying a comfortable life. Therefore, we must cultivate ourselves and reach higher levels.
