(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 9 cities or counties in 5 provinces, where at least 22 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

5. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Teng Lihua Sentenced to Seven Months in Prison
6. [Linqing City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Xiuling Arrested
7. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Guo Liping Arrested
8. [Qingyuan County, Liaoning Province] Four Practitioners Arrested and Detained
9. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Qi Xiulan and Ms. Chen Ying Harassed
1. [Chongqing] Mr. He Zubin and His Wife Ms. Lu Caili Sentenced to Prison
Mr. He Zubin and his wife Ms. Lu Caili were arrested at their home by officers in the Rongchang District on the evening of June 18, 2021. They were tried in the Jiulongpo District Court in 2023. Mr. He was sentenced to eight years in prison. His wife Ms. Lu, was sentenced to five years in prison.
2. [Dengta City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Wang Shusheng Missing
Mr. Wang Shusheng was missing on June 15, 2023. His family went to the local police department to file a missing persons report. His current whereabouts are unknown.
3. [Tieling City, Liaoning Province] Seven Practitioners Arrested
Five practitioners were arrested on the evening of May 15, 2023 for distributing information about Falun Gong. Four practitioners are from Changfa Town in Changtu County: Mr. Zhao Chunlin, Ms. Shi Guimin, Mr. Liu Zhiyong, and Mr. Zhao Hongzhi. The fifth practitioner is from Fujia Town of Changtu County: Ms. Meng Guilan.
Mr. Sun Wanliang and Wang Feng were arrested on June 2, 2023.
Mr. Liu Zhiyong and Wang Feng were released on June 20, 2023.
4. [Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
Three practitioners, Shi Yujie, Ms. Dong Haiyan, and Ms. Chen Shuling, were arrested by officers from the Wuyi Road Police Station in May 2023 for talking to people about Falun Gong. They have been detained for over 50 days.
5. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Teng Lihua Sentenced to Seven Months in Prison
Ms. Teng Lihua who works for the Qilu Petrochemical Co. was sentenced to seven months in prison by the Zichuang Court and was taken to the Zibo City Detention Center on June 17, 2023.
6. [Linqing City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Xiuling Arrested
Ms. Li Xiuling was arrested at home by two officers from the Panzhuang Town Police Station on the afternoon of June 1, 2023 for distributing information about Falun Gong. Ms. Li was handcuffed and taken to the police station. She was released four hours later.
7. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Guo Liping Arrested
Ms. Guo Liping was arrested by officers from the Dongfeng Street Police Station on June 14, 2023 for talking about Falun Gong to a person who was following her. She was denied admission due to her health and was released later.
8. [Qingyuan County, Liaoning Province] Four Practitioners Arrested and Detained
Three practitioners from Hongtoushan Town, Ms. Zhao Guiping, Ms. Yang Xiaozhi, and Ms. Zhao Guiping, and Ms. Liu Lianhua from Beisanjia Town, were arrested by officers from the Lilu Police Station in Meihekou City on June 15, 2023 for talking to people about Falun Gong. They were held for 10 days in the Meihekou City Detention House and were released on June 25, 2023.
9. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Qi Xiulan and Ms. Chen Ying Harassed
Three officers from the Nanjinqiao Police Station went to Ms. Qi Xiulan’s home around 3 p.m. on June 8, 2023. They pressured Ms. Qi to sign a guarantee statement but she refused. They photographed her.
Ms. Chen Ying was harassed at home by officers from the Nanjinqiao Police Station and staff members from the local community office on June 9, 2023. They photographed her.
