(Minghui.org) As the COVID-19 pandemic ravaged China, many people including children were in danger and some died. How did some remain safe?
A Student Always Tests Negative
This happened in late 2022 at an elementary school in Guan County of Shandong Province. More than half of the students were quarantined because they were infected with COVID-19. The rest were isolated because they were exposed to the virus. The classrooms were empty and nearby villages were locked down.
Ming attended the school but he was not infected, but he had to be isolated and accompanied by a parent due to his young age. His mother went with him and tested positive afterwards. Many people wondered why Ming was so lucky.
Ming’s grandmother is a Falun Dafa practitioner. When she heard about the quarantine she called him and reminded him to say, “Falun Dafa is good” and “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” Ming repeated the phrases over the phone and repeatedly said them afterward. He was thus blessed.
Later, Ming (who was not infected) and his mother (who was infected) were transferred to Liaocheng City for quarantine. During those 18 days, everyone around them was infected, but Ming kept miraculously testing negative.
The miracles continued after Ming returned home. Almost everyone in the village was infected including his family. Even though he lived with his infected family, Ming was fine.
My Son and His Family
Both my husband and I practice Falun Dafa. He was diagnosed with late-stage liver cancer in 1996, but miraculously recovered after he began practicing Falun Dafa. Because of that, I took up the practice as well. My son, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren encouraged us to practice and agreed to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) organizations.
Like other regions, our area was frequently quarantined during the pandemic. When the lockdown policy was suddenly lifted in late 2022, many people were infected and some died.
I phoned my son and said, “Please be careful. Believing Dafa is good will bring you blessings.”
My older grandson took the phone and asked, “Grandma, why will reciting ‘Falun Dafa is good’ and ‘Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good’ bring people blessings?” I said, “Because the divine is watching everyone.
“The divine wants people to be good. When we act on our conscience and support the upright, the divine will see it and protect us,” I said.
He said he understood and thanked me.
My son knows Dafa is good. He keeps those words in mind and always carries a keepsake with those words on it. He tells people about Falun Dafa as well as quitting the CCP organizations. Once when he went to the city Political and Legal Affairs Committee (PLAC) for something, the Party secretary asked him, “Do your parents still practice Falun Dafa?”
Many people dare not answer that question, but my son was not afraid. He told the Party secretary, “Of course. Falun Dafa gave my father a second life; otherwise, he would have died long ago.”
“Really?” asked the Party secretary.
My son explained, “Yes. My father had late-stage cancer. It was so bad that mother was preparing for his funeral. But after he began practicing Falun Dafa, he was healthier than ever.”
“They can practice at home,” the Party secretary said.
My son and his two children drove to the suburbs. He had a fever (not COVID-19) and he hurt all over. During the trip, he and his sons hiked to the top of the hill and called aloud, “Falun Dafa is good! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!” After they called a few times, my son’s fever diminished and he felt fine. When he returned home, he told me, “Mom, Falun Dafa is truly wonderful.”
During the pandemic, no one in my family of six was infected. Once my younger grandson called me, “Grandma, all 60 students in my class and my teachers tested positive. I am the only one who tested negative.”
Stay Away from the CCP
Both Yang and her nephew practice Falun Dafa, and her nephew told her the following story.
In the beginning of October 2023, school had two major events that praised the CCP and the students were required to wear the school uniform. The nephew forgot to wear it on the first day so the teacher kept him in the classroom. The second day, the nephew left the school uniform in the dining hall and he was kept in the classroom again.
The nephew avoided both activities that praised the CCP. Many students became sick afterwards one after another, but the nephew was fine.
