(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 4 cities or counties in 2 provinces, where at least 4 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

1. [Shouguang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Sun Hongzhu Arrested
2. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Shi Arrested
3. [Junan County, Shandong Province] Ms. Wan Xuxin Arrested
4. [Laixi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Guo Huaying Harassed

1. [Shouguang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Sun Hongzhu Arrested

Mr. Sun Hongzhu, of Beihousanli Village, Shengcheng Sub-district, was forced to live away from home to avoid the persecution. He was followed and arrested by the police on the morning of November 9, 2024. 

2. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Shi Arrested

Practitioner Shi, from Haiyang Village in Zhuanghe City, was arrested by officers from the Chengguan Police Station in Zhuanghe City on the evening of November 8, 2024. Shi is now held in a detention facility in Dalian City 

3. [Junan County, Shandong Province] Ms. Wan Xuxin Arrested

Ms. Wan Xuxin, a 65-year-old retired teacher, was reported to the police while distributing Falun Gong materials in mid-October 2024. She was arrested by officers from the Chengbei Police Station, held at the police station, and released three days later.

Only a few days after her release, the police arrested Ms. Wan again and took her to the Linyi City Brainwashing Center, under orders from the Junan County Political and Legal Affairs Committee and the 610 Office. She was detained for five days. 

4. [Laixi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Guo Huaying Harassed

Ms. Guo Huaying, in her 70s, gave someone a calendar with information about Falun Gong on her way home on November 8, 2024. Not long after she arrived home, two police officers knocked on the door and attempted to arrest her. She refused to go with them. The officers instead took pictures of her and took away several Falun Gong leaflets.
