Falun Dafa Practitioners Detained for Their Faith Wish Master Li a Happy New Year (18 Greetings)

(Minghui.org) Falun Dafa has spread far and wide since it was introduced to the public in 1992, blessing countless people and families with health and happiness. The Chinese Communist Party (CCP), however, launched a nationwide campaign to eradicate the peaceful practice in July 1999. Untold numbers of Falun Dafa practitioners in China have since been arrested, detained, and tortured for upholding their faith. As we welcome the New Year, many practitioners are still being held in China’s detention centers and prisons.

Despite the brutal and inhumane persecution, Falun Dafa practitioners have never wavered in their faith. They are determined to do better and save more people. In this report, we share greetings from some of the detained practitioners, who thank Master Li, the founder of Falun Dafa, for offering them salvation and wish him a happy New Year.

A practitioner being illegally detained in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province wrote a poem:

Poem From Prison

Being detained while saving sentient beings;With only Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance at heart.Firm and righteous to eliminate karmic sins;Follow tightly in Master’s footsteps back to heavenly kingdom.

Hope for kindness in human world;Open your eyes of truth.Understand the truth to be saved;Don’t let the world pass by.

Another illegally detained practitioner wrote a poem in Suining City, Sichuan Province:

Being delusional in the human world wasting one’s life,Fame, profit, sentiment, revenge fighting for all.Massive karma hurts body and soul,A hundred years passed all has been wasted.Master spreads Fa saving sentient beings,Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance made known to all lives.Jumping out from the sinking sea of suffering to board to Fa ship,Benevolent Master rectifies the cosmos,Grateful disciples walk the worldly path.
