Supporters of Falun Dafa Thank Its Founder, Master Li Hongzhi, for Turning Them into Better People and Wish Him Happy Chinese New Year

(Minghui.org) A Beijing resident returned home from his bank to find nearly 10,000 extra yuan in his bank account. As a civil servant who was used to taking gray or illicit income, he felt uneasy that day as he had recently read Zhuan Falun, the main teaching of Falun Dafa, and learned about the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. He eventually decided to return the money to the bank.

The bank manager was beyond grateful that he showed up to tell them about the extra money. The teller who serviced him was a new hire and had erroneously added the funds to his bank balance. The bank manager offered to give him 2,000 yuan as a reward and he declined. The manager then invited him to lunch and he also said no politely. He told the bank manager and the teller to thank Master Li Hongzhi, the founder of Falun Dafa, for teaching him not to pocket things that did not belong to him.

The Beijing resident recounted the above story in his greetings to wish Master Li a Happy Chinese New Year (February 10). He was joined by many other supporters of Falun Dafa, who like him also identify with the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance and sent in their New Year’s greetings to Master Li. A resident of Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province in her 90s. She said she always carried a charm amulet bearing Falun Dafa messages. She fell more than 20 times during the past few years but was never injured.

An 85-year-old man in Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. He survived the pandemic when quite a few friends his age died from it. The local grid manager texted him some anti-Falun Dafa messages this year and ordered him to sign some forms to denounce Falun Dafa. He said he deleted the texts each time. [note: China’s grid-style social management system involves dividing each county into smaller zones (or grids) and tasking the grid managers with monitoring citizens and reporting suspicious activities to local governments on a regular basis.]

A security guard in Jingzhou County, Hunan Province. He wrote about an encounter with a Falun Dafa practitioner a few years back while he was on duty at a residential compound. That practitioner handed him a copy of Falun Dafa materials and he happily took it. He also cautioned her to pay attention to safety, as there were surveillance cameras everywhere. He later read more Falun Dafa materials and came to see that the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance can really bring blessings to humankind. He also realized that the Chinese Communist Party is an evil specter.

A resident of Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province who ran into a practitioner in 2006 and later witnessed many miracles that happened to her and other practitioners. He said he was impressed by how kind the practitioners were.

A man in Zhucheng City, Shandong Province. He reported that his wife recovered from her various illnesses and became calmer and more patient.

A resident of Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province. He said he was a factory worker before becoming a village secretary. He soon found out how corrupt his fellow government officials were. After reading Falun Dafa materials, he came to see that the doctrines of communism were designed to turn innocent people into ruthless ones. He quit the Chinese Communist Party and resigned from his secretary job.

A resident of Jing County in Hebei Province who has family members that practice Falun Dafa. He thanked his loved ones for encouraging him to be kind and not take advantage of others.

A vendor in Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province. He said he once saw a plainclothes officer seizing a Falun Dafa practitioner who was distributing Falun Dafa materials at the local farmers’ market. He condemned the officer for arresting good people. He snatched back the materials and stood between the practitioner and the officer. The officer relented and left without arresting the practitioner.

A resident of Chengde County, Hebei Province. His mother has been practicing Falun Dafa for more than twenty years and their whole family has been blessed as a result.
