Italy: Practitioners Raise Awareness of the Persecution During the G7 Summit

(Minghui.org) During the G7 Summit in the Italian coastal city of Bari from June 14 to 15, 2024, Falun Dafa practitioners introduced the spiritual practice and raised awareness of the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) brutal persecution.

The 50th G7 Summit was held in Borgo Egnazia, Apulia, Italy. On Friday (June 14), the G7 leaders discussed increased measures to create a fair competitive environment in trading with China.　

Practitioners demonstrated the exercises in the center of Bari on June 14. Some passers-by were interested and asked where they could learn the practice.

The practitioners’ activities drew many people, who stopped to watch as they did the exercises and chatted with them. People were surprised that they were unaware that on the other side of the world, there is the CCP’s brutal persecution and even the unbelievable atrocities of harvesting organs from living practitioners for profit.

After suffering the brutal persecution for 25 years, practitioners still persist in peacefully calling for an end to the persecution and awakening people’s conscience. Many Italians were touched and expressed their sympathy and support for practitioners. They signed the petition calling for an end to the brutality.

The next day, June 15, the practitioners continued their activities on the seaside of Bari, introducing Falun Dafa to the public and calling on society to take measures to end the CCP’s persecution.
