(Minghui.org) We have been cultivating ourselves through various xinxing conflicts while doing projects over many years. We cultivate ourselves while saving sentient beings.

I had a xinxing conflict with another practitioner while working on a Dafa project a while ago. I initially thought that the other practitioner didn’t understand what I meant, and I tried to explain the issue to him repeatedly. The more I explained to him, the more complicated the issue became. I realized that I had a strong attachment to my own understanding. The other practitioner didn’t understand and refuted me with an everyday person’s logic and language.

I calmed myself down and realized that I should let go of the attachment to my own notions and understandings, and that I should share with the practitioner kindly and without personal emotion. I first admitted my own shortcomings to him. I then pointed out to him that what he had said was not from his true self. I explained to him what the real issue was. He changed his attitude instantly and acknowledged that he now understood.

I was in another project in the past, where the practitioner in charge had professional knowledge and experience. He thought he was in a good cultivation state, as he was very capable. He didn’t study the Fa a lot, and was not in a good cultivation state. He looked at issues and conflicts from an everyday person’s perspective. There were a lot of conflicts in his project team. He eventually left the project. We reached out to him many times, but he didn’t want to come back to the project. It was a great loss to our team. Though he had shortcomings, our team felt guilty. If we had shared with him more kindly and more frequently and let go of our human attachments, he might not have left the team.

I have learned many similar lessons in projects I was involved in. I now cherish every practitioner in my current project. I remind myself and other team members that we must study the Fa well and maintain good cultivation states, then improve our professional skills. We must address issues with righteous thoughts, let go of our human attachments so that we can be more powerful in completing our project, play a better role in saving sentient beings, and be worthy of Master’s compassionate salvation and arrangements.

It is normal to have different opinions and suggestions for particular issues in a project. We can share with each other frankly, cooperate with our team members, and let go of our attachments during the process. Even if our suggestions are not adopted, our calm mindsets will play a positive role in the project.

As the Fa-rectification progresses, we can feel the big changes in the human world. We have limited time for working and cooperating with each other in our projects, and we should become more mature, more rational, and more diligent. Let’s cherish our time and these holy predestined relationships, cultivate ourselves well, and save more sentient beings.
