(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 7 cities or counties in 6 provinces, where at least 13 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

1. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Duan Xiaorong Awaits Verdict
Ms. Duan Xiaorong was arrested on June 24, 2025 and has been detained in the Daqing City Second Women’s Lockup. She was originally scheduled to attend an in-person hearing at the Ranghulu District Court on October 15, 2025, but the judge changed it to a virtual session that morning without prior notice.
Judge Zhang Xinyue called Ms. Duan’s daughter on November 5, 2025 and ordered Ms. Duan to write a statement to renounce Falun Gong. Zhang also indicated that she would announce the verdict soon.
2. [Linghai City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Fu Wenjie Facing Trial
Ms. Fu Wenjie was scheduled to be tried by the Linghai City Court on November 10, 2025, through a virtual session in the Jinzhou City Detention Center.
3. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Guo Zhiping Arrested
Ms. Guo Zhiping was arrested at home by Hepingli Police Station officers on the morning of November 4, 2025, after she was reported for putting up Falun Gong posters three days before. The police ransacked her home and confiscated her Falun Gong books, informational materials, a printer, and some cash. She was taken to the detention center and was denied admission due to her health. The police held Ms. Guo at the police station overnight and forced the detention center to admit her the next afternoon.
4. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Shi Xuelian Detained
Shi Xuelian was arrested by Luofeng Police Station officers on November 4, 2025, for distributing informational materials about Falun Gong. Shi is currently held in the Yantai City Detention Center.
5. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Qian Youyun Detained
Ms. Qian Youyun from Jiangxia District was arrested on October 30, 2025. She was taken to a lockup.
6. [Liaocheng City, Shandong Province] Ms. Gu Hongying and Ms. Xu Ruixia Arrested
Ms. Gu Hongying’s home was ransacked by Dongcheng Police Station officers on the evening of November 4, 2025. She was taken to the police station the next morning.
Her sister-in-law, Ms. Xu Ruixia, was taken to the police station that same day as well. The police collected a blood sample from Ms. Xu, as well as her fingerprints, palm print, and a hair sample. They also recorded her voice and scanned her iris. She was released in the afternoon.
7. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Yuan Yi and His Wife Ms. Ding Si Arrested
Mr. Yuan Yi and his wife, Ms. Ding Si, were arrested by more than ten officers from the Chengfeng District Police Department and Daqing City Police Department on October 29, 2025. The police ransacked their home and confiscated their computer, e-reader, MP3 players, and USB drives. The couple were released later that day.
8. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Cui Hongyan’s Home Ransacked
Ms. Cui Hongyan’s home was ransacked by officers from the Daqing City Police Department on the evening of November 1, 2025.
9. [Jintang County, Sichuan Province] Ms. Liao Zirong Arrested
Ms. Liao Zirong, about 70, was arrested by Tuqiao Police Station officers on the morning of August 26, 2025. Her home was ransacked. The police confiscated her Falun Gong books and lectures.
Ms. Liao was taken to the Shuicheng Police Station. The police took her fingerprints and voice recording, scanned her iris, and recorded her gait. With her family’s strong protest against her arrest, they released her in the evening.
10. [Jintang County, Sichuan Province] Ms. Li Guohua and Ms. Li Ruihua Arrested
Ms. Li Guohua and Ms. Li Ruihua, both around 70, were arrested by Yangliu Police Station officers on the morning of September 17, 2025, while talking to people about Falun Gong. The police held Ms. Li Guohua against the ground and caused her to lose control of her bowels. She was taken to the Jintang County Maternal and Child Health Hospital for a physical exam and then admitted to the Xixian Lockup. She was detained for 13 days and released on September 30, 2025.
Ms. Li Ruihua was released on the day of her arrest.
