Social Security Center Withdraws Its Lawsuit

(Minghui.org) I returned home early this year after being released from illegal detention. It was then that I learned that the Social Security Center not only withheld my pension, but also wanted me to return the pension payments paid to me during my imprisonment. After studying the Fa and strengthening my righteous thoughts, I realized that this was an evil arrangement by the old forces to prevent sentient beings from being saved while persecuting Dafa practitioners. Because I had loopholes in my cultivation, I was persecuted by the evil and imprisoned. This was not the Fa-rectification path arranged for me by Master. I decided that the economic persecution that followed must be disintegrated. Getting my pension back became my focus for doing the three things.

Under the selfless guidance of an expert at the Justice Forum, I learned that pensions are the personal property of citizens, and are protected by law. The Social Security Center only keeps them on their behalf. The pension paid during my illegal imprisonment were my legal income, and no one has the right to deprive me of them.

As a subordinate institution of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Social Security Center has no power to withhold or recover pensions, and their basis for withholding and so-called “recovering” past payments is not compliant with the law. Their administrative actions against me were illegal. I thus began to follow the expert’s guidance. I saw this effort as my current path of cultivation, using this opportunity to clarify the truth and save predestined people, while getting my pension back.

Over the next five months, I submitted an application for pension and information disclosure to the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, an application for administrative reconsideration to the government, and a lawsuit against the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the local government. I am a Falun Dafa practitioner; thus in this role as plaintiff I should use compassion to save the government officials who have been deceived by the evil Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

The Social Security Center sued me for “unjust enrichment” and demanded that I return the pension paid during my illegal imprisonment. In response to the lawsuit, I submitted comprehensive, detailed, and accurate legal documents to the court from the Forum expert, including “Analysis of the Illegality of Document No. 44 of the Labor and Social Security Bureau Letter [2001]” and “Legal Analysis of the Administrative Behavior of Suspending Pensions for Prisoners.” There were also truth-clarification letters and defenses pertaining to real cases, pointing out the illegality of the court’s filing of the case, and the illegality of the legal basis for the Social Security Center to recover pensions. It took more than three months, and the court made a decision to “allow the Social Security Center to withdraw the lawsuit” without a trial. This decision gave me the confidence to continue demanding the return of my pension.

I followed the legal procedures for six months. During the process, I realized that I had many human thoughts that I had not previously noticed, such as pursuit, fear of persecution, selfishness, fear of what others would say, a lack of confidence in myself, and so on.

In particular, I was very unsure about saving the public officials in government agencies. Under the care of compassionate Master, and the righteous thoughts from fellow practitioners, I passed through each level of cultivation tests.

When I stood in the court filing hall and handed the prosecution materials to the judge, I had only one thought, “Compassionate Master, please reinforce my righteous thought to instill ‘Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good’ into the deep inner beings of all the people present, in order to awaken their kind nature and find their original intention for coming to the human world to await Dafa to save them.” The case was filed smoothly and successfully!

The process of getting my pension back was a process of purifying myself, of assimilating to the Fa, and of elevating myself. One profound lesson I learned from my experience is that we should quickly eliminate any fear that “getting the pension back can lead to being persecuted.” Otherwise, the evil will take advantage of it.

I felt uneasy when I first heard that a practitioner had been persecuted for requesting the return of their pension and clarifying the truth. I was afraid I would also be persecuted for doing that, so I didn’t dare to openly clarify the truth. This fear truly invited persecution. The police arrested me, in the name of my “promoting Falun Gong by requesting that my pension be returned.” What’s more sinister is they also arrested my family members. The arrests made me sober up and carefully look inward.

On the way to the detention center and at the detention center’s physical examination clinic, I validated the Fa and clarified the truth to the people I encountered. I first dismantled the evil criminal detention, and then dismantled the persecution of “bail pending trial” and “administrative detention.” I helped many predestined people learn the truth and position themselves to be saved.

I saw this as an opportunity which Master provided for me to become clear-headed, to validate Dafa, and to demonstrate the majesty of Dafa. Because Master did not arrange the tribulation of my being arrested, it was a tribulation I asked for because of my unrighteous thoughts, which caused trouble for Master and made him worry about me. I am too embarrassed to say thank you to Master. Only by making more and more progress in my cultivation, and letting Master worry less, can I repay Master’s compassion.
