(Minghui.org) Over the past few years, the number of younger people going missing in China has increased. One netizen said that between July 1-15, 2024, at least 38 people were reported missing by their family members. Most of them were aged 10 to 30, a few were over 30, and one was 53.
Records of 38 people reported missing in China between July 1 and 15, 2024.
Theories about what happened to these people include murder, suicide, abduction, or death when their vital organs were removed.
For example, Hu Xinyu, a 15-year-old student from Zhiyuan High School in Shangrao City of Jiangxi Province, went missing on October 14, 2022. He was not seen on any surveillance videos at the private boarding school. After “searching everywhere,” police could not find him. However, 106 days later, police claimed Hu’s body was found and that he had hung himself using his shoelaces. Many people were skeptical of this official report.
There are several anomalies in this case. First, Zhiyuan High School has 119 surveillance cameras covering the entire campus, but none of them showed Hu’s movements. Significantly, the school stated that several cameras mysteriously malfunctioned on the day he disappeared.
Second, police claimed Hu’s body was found inside a grain depot that is surrounded by a five-meter (16.4 feet) high wall. How did Hu enter the place without a ladder?
Third, officials claimed Hu had hanged himself from a pipe that was 1.5 meters (5 feet) above the ground using two shoelaces. Investigators said he would have to be highly athletic to jump that high and that shoelaces were not strong enough to support Hu’s body weight.
Fourth, all of Hu’s internal organs were missing. Even after his body had decayed for 106 days, one would expect to find remnants of the organs in his body.
Fifth, experts said when a person dies from hanging, the feet naturally droop, and the toes point down. They stay in that position even after rigor mortis sets in. However, Hu’s toes were horizontal to the ground.
During the search for Hu, police dogs with a scent detection range of approximately 500 meters (1640 feet) were used. Although the grain depot was only about 100 meters from the road and the dogs had searched the area many times, they didn’t smell Hu’s body in the grain depot.
Despite the many holes in the case, authorities closed the case and ignored all the anomalies and unanswered questions.
As more such incidents occurred and young people mysteriously went missing, parents became worried and wanted to know what was going on.
Supplying Organs for an Elite Group
Many people wanted to know why Hu’s internal organs were missing. Someone suggested that his blood and tissue type, unfortunately, matched those of a high ranking official in Shanghai. Hence, he was a victim of forced organ harvesting.
Although it is difficult to verify, it is an open secret that an organ supply chain for senior Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials exists. After Gao Zhanxiang, Vice Minister of Culture, died at 87 on December 9, 2022, one senior official wrote in a condolence article, “Gao Zhanxiang has been fighting the disease tenaciously these years, and many of his organs have been replaced. He joked that many parts of his body were no longer his own.”
“It seems officials have special ways of obtaining organs … no wonder so many of them live to their 90s,” one netizen wrote. “If many of Gao’s organs were replaced before his death, who knows how many people like Hu Xinyu went ‘missing’ to supply them.”
“Since ‘Gao Zhanxiang has been tenaciously fighting a disease for years and many of his organs have been replaced, each organ could mean the sacrifice of one life,” said another post.
“Even for a minister I have never heard of, he had organs replaced at will like shopping in a store. Other officials, or higher officials, probably do the same,” wrote someone else.
Under the CCP’s tight censorship, this condolence article and the responses were quickly deleted. However, one netizen saved a screenshot of it.

Targeting a Lifespan of 150 Years for Officials
On September 15, 2019, an advertisement went viral on WeChat. An ad for the 301 Hospital in Beijing (also known as Chinese PLA General Hospital), a medical facility dedicated to senior CCP officials, highlighted a “Health Project” that aimed to ensure a life span of 150 years for senior officials.
This post said that after decades of preparatory work, the project officially started in 2005. By 2008, the average lifespan of CCP officials had reached 88, which was higher than that of their peers outside China.
This post triggered strong reactions from netizens. “Look around, and one will see that lots of officials live into their 90s. There must be a reason for this. Let’s hope they did this in a good way and not at the price of harming others,” wrote one post.
“None of these officials want to die—they want to continue living and hurting people,” wrote another person.
“Well done. The advertisement is clear and to the point— it tells us where our taxpayers’ money went,” someone posted.
“By killing healthy Falun Gong practitioners, Uyghurs, and young people, these officials are able to extend their lives. They are acting like demons.”
According to a wealthy person in mainland China with inside information, the secret of how the lives of these officials were extended is that people were killed as needed to supply the organs used to replace the aged organs. In addition, they are injected with serum from young armed police officers to maintain the replacement organs. For example, after former CCP leader Jiang Zemin’s son Jiang Mianheng had cancer, he had three kidney transplants. All these occurred at the price of young, innocent lives.
Medical experts point out that transplanted organs have a limited lifespan, which means that replacement organs may be needed in the future.
A Supply Chain That Began By Using Falun Gong Practitioners
Missing person incidents are not unusual in China now. Sometimes, even if the person’s body is found, it is immediately sent for cremation so family members will not see it. This is what happened to the Falun Gong practitioners who were killed for their organs—family members were not allowed to know that the organs were missing.
After he began persecuting Falun Gong in 1999, Jiang issued an order aimed at practitioners, “There are no consequences for beating them to death; death from a beating is counted as a suicide; send for cremation without determining their identity.” Because Falun Gong practitioners are healthy with no bad habits like drinking and smoking, officials built a gigantic organ supply chain using imprisoned practitioners against their will.
Over the years, the justice system, military, doctors, and hospitals have made a fortune out of this illegal practice. Of course, once the supply chain was secured, the customers expanded from senior CCP officials to organ tourists from countries outside China. With an unbelievable organ availability waiting time of only two weeks in China, those who would have to wait for several years went to China to quickly obtain a needed organ.
After the harvesting of organs from Falun Gong practitioners was exposed internationally in 2006, some people did not believe it was happening because of the CCP hate propaganda. Some thought the CCP could not be so vicious, some said this was too brutal and beyond what they could imagine, and some remained numb and ignored the issue, thinking it had nothing to do with them.
However, the tragedy has now expanded and includes more people. As an increasing number of youths go missing, many parents and other people are concerned that they may have been killed for their healthy organs.
Uncertainty Under a Totalitarian Regime
Because children are going missing, some parents pick their children up from school no matter how difficult to arrange it may be. No one wants something terrible to happen to their loved ones.
It is alarming to think about the amount of data the CCP authorities collect on people and control. Under constant surveillance in China, one’s phone number, home address, workplace, child’s school, grade, and class are in the system. If one’s blood type and tissue type are also known, the CCP can easily use the information to feed the demand for transplants. This makes every citizen vulnerable to becoming a victim.
Some people think that the authorities don’t have their blood or tissue type. Unfortunately, a lot of information is linked in China. When you have a routine physical examination, or when a vaccination record or health pass was used during the pandemic, such information may have already been transferred to the system. This has already happened to almost all detained Falun Gong practitioners. When incarcerated, blood samples are taken from them, and officials say this shows “special treatment” for Falun Gong practitioners. Other detainees may not be so healthy and wouldn’t be considered good enough for organ harvesting.
In addition to the mysterious disappearances mentioned above, there are also cases of people being preemptively declared “brain dead” in hospitals. A resident surnamed Li in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, recently posted a video on social media. When her 28-year-old child had an external head injury and was sent to Tongji Hospital in Wuhan, doctors concluded he was “brain dead” without an extensive examination and, thus, recommended that he be an organ donor. The resident was furious, “How could you pronounce my child to be brain dead without checking? Is this part of an organ harvesting scheme? Your behavior is very vicious!” she said.
Many hospitals in China with organ transplant capability claim that when a person needs an organ, several potential donors are available—the supply actually exceeds the demand. People wonder who the donors are. Statistically, one would have to screen thousands of people to find a suitable tissue match. That is why one has to wait for years for an organ donor in other countries. Under the CCP, however, it seems more and more people are lined up to be next on the butcher’s table.
Unfortunately, preventive measures are difficult to enforce due to the ruthless nature of the CCP. Only by disintegrating the regime will people lead a safe and peaceful life.
