(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 4 cities or counties in 4 provinces, where at least 5 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

1. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Liu Dongying Arrested
2. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Qi Aigui Missing Since 2000
3. [Hengshui City, Hebei Province] Mr. Chen Zhiying and Ms. Fan Yuemin Arrested
4. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Wang Rong Arrested

1. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Liu Dongying Arrested

Ms. Liu Dongying was arrested at home, which was ransacked by officers from the Wuchang District Police Department on the morning of April 15, 2025. It is unknown where she is currently held.

2. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Qi Aigui Missing Since 2000

Ms. Qi Aigui

Ms. Qi Aigui went to Beijing to appeal for the right to practice Falun Gong on June 8, 2000, and has been missing ever since. Her whereabouts remain unknown to this day.

3. [Hengshui City, Hebei Province] Mr. Chen Zhiying and Ms. Fan Yuemin Arrested

Mr. Chen Zhiying and Ms. Fan Yuemin were arrested on April 25, 2025, by police officers from both Hengshui and Jinan City, Shandong Province. Both of them were taken to the Jinan Third Lockup for detention. While Mr. Chen was released on May 5, 2025, Ms. Fan was taken back to Kangfu Street Police Station in Hengshui for interrogation. The police said they confiscated from her home computers and printers used to print informational material about Falun Gong, and would send her to the Hengshui City Detention Center for criminal detention.

4. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Wang Rong Arrested

Ms. Wang Rong was arrested and taken to the Jiefuqiao Police Station on April 9, 2025, when she was putting up Falun Gong materials. The officers confiscated all her Falun Gong books and photos of the founder of Falun Gong. They also ordered her to sign a statement to renounce Falun Gong, which she refused. She was released that night.
