(Minghui.org) May 13, 2025, marked the 26th anniversary of World Falun Dafa Day and the birthday of Master Li Hongzhi, the founder of Falun Dafa. Practitioners in Bulgaria organized a series of events in Plovdiv, Pazardzhik, Sandanski, and Yambol on May 10 and May 13 to bring the benefits of the practice to more people.

Plovdiv: Celebrating World Falun Dafa Day

Falun Dafa practitioners from the Southern part of Bulgaria set up an information booth and new banners at the Stairs of Kamenitsa, one of the most famous central places in the city, on May 13.

The information booth looked different than usual, and the banner messages were in line with the theme of the celebration, World Falun Dafa Day. Practitioners explained to tourists what World Falun Dafa Day is and that there are more than 100 million people practicing Falun Dafa in over one hundred countries around the world. Falun Dafa was introduced to Bulgaria in 2001.

Pazardzhik: The Art of Zhen-Shan-Ren Exhibit Draws an Audience

Practitioners organized an Art of Zhen Shan Ren exhibition in front of the Regional History Museum and the Clock Tower in Pazardzhik on May 10.

Passersby looked at the paintings with interest and listened to practitioners explain the background of these artworks. A couple was impressed that the paintings were based on practitioners’ real experiences. The man commented that “the atheism of communist regimes is detrimental to people,” and expressed his support for Falun Dafa, which is bringing faith back to China.

The man pointed to a painting depicting the persecution and said, “This is communism.”

Girls from the Ukraine admired the paintings, listened attentively to the explanations, and wanted to take a photo as a souvenir with the exhibition.

Sandanski and Yambol: Promoting Falun Dafa

Falun Dafa practitioners also gathered in Sandanski and Yambol to bring the beauty of Falun Dafa and the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance to the people there on May 10.
